Abstract

MOREY, Jaime Suau. TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS AND HUMAN RIGHTS. Revista Internacional CONSINTER de Direito [online]. 2019, n.8, pp.39-52.  Epub June 28, 2019. ISSN 2183-6396.  https://doi.org/10.19135/revista.consinter.00008.02.

The new translational companies’ operative space is studied, at the height of the current globalization. Within this framework, it is considered the need for a criminal law of “advanced punitive barriers”, which deals with the responsibility for the systematic creation of risks, among other aspects.

At the same time, it is included the study of the international legal mechanisms aimed at preventing violations of human rights and the convenient control of the conventionality (treaties) through the channels established by international law and procedural international law.

Keywords : Penal responsibility of juridical persons; Transnational company; Human.
