In this article, the current situation is analyzed from the generic mark of protection to the consumers in Cuba, keeping in mind the changes that have left taking place in the economy. The design is sketched from the protection system to the consumer foreseen in the Cuban juridical classification, keeping in mind the most recent Cuban doctrine, and in particular the normative ones effective. They are also analyzed the main relative difficulties to the consumer’s civil protection on contracts for provision of services by the light of the changes in the Cuban contractual system, as well as in the recent process of constitutional reformation.
