The purpose of this article is to analyze how the Public entity intervenes in the national economic order, regarding the export of live cattle for slaughter, based on judicial decisions that have recently dealt with the subject. The unfolding of this intervention in the economic order. The delicate impasses, such as the imposition of method of humane slaughter to importing countries whose religion influences the method practiced. It correlates these decisions with the norms and guidelines established by the Public Administration, especially those established by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply - MAPA, regarding pre-slaughter and well-being practices. As well as, it makes a parallel between the Brazilian reality and the one expressed in the normative order.
