This article addresses the procedural treatment of the jurisdiction of the court. That is, how and when it will be possible to reveal or discuss in Spanish procedural law that the Court of the Popular Jury is competent to prosecute certain criminal acts. We will try to show how the Court becomes competent under the provisions of the LOTJ and the Criminal Procedure Law. How one becomes what one is. We will follow the matter in the investigation phases, the intermediate phase and even the oral trial phase
