This article focuses on the analysis of the convenient compensation of the visiting arrangements in contentious divorce cases, after the return to normality after COVID-19. More specifically, different pela bargains on the matter are examined, not without controversy, to end up defending the need to bet on a balanced and fair compensation model for the best interest of the minor, but also sensitive to both parents in conflict.
