This research aims to analyze the social cooperation philosophy of Nhandereko and Teko Porã of good living as a concept of interculturality in the treatment of cultural diversity and the right of the guarani people to have in their culture the mark of their own existence. The hypothesis raised is to investigate the possibility of this dialogue at the domestic and international level with the list of cultural rights recognized in the Federal Constitution of 1988. The text proposes, using the inductive method and bibliographic research to a new concept of interculturality in the treatment of cultural diversity that can be characterized as the interrelationship between cultures in an equal situation in a constant process of learning and communication between people, values and traditions.
