The present work intrudes in the theoretical study and the comparative juridical analysis of the agrarian contract; definition, classification, the peculiarities as soon as their elements that define their necessary specialty and normative autonomy regarding the civil and mercantile contracts. It is able to demonstrate the necessity of a reconstruction of the theory of the agrarian contract, as well as of a systematic legal conception and coherent in Cuba, under the bases of the finalities and principles of the Agrarian Law, of the appreciable doctrinal advances at international level, according to the regularities and tendencies of the Agrarian Law compared to this respect and also taking in consideration, the problems that today affects the acting of the agrarian sector at the present time Cuban.
