Introduction and case presentation:
We present a rare case of facial angiosarcoma that could be mistaken for cellulitis or lepromatous leprosy.
Conclusion:
The prognosis for the disease is still poor but there are good outcomes descripted with use of drugs such as Paclitaxel.
