Enfarte Espontâneo da Mama

Resumo

Os autores apresentam um caso clínico de enfarte espontâneo da mama numa doente de 28 anos, cujo quadro clínico teve início no 3º dia de puerpério e o diagnóstico protelado cerca de 4 meses, dado ter sido inicialmente interpretado como abcesso da mama.

Abstract

Spontaneous Infartion of the Breast

The authors present a clinical case of spontaneous infarction of the breast in a 28-year-old patient. She presented clinical signs on the third day postpartum, though diagnosis was 4 months delayed, as it was initially interpreted as a mammary abscess.
