Apoia-se numa abordagem ergológica para responder às necessidades da empresa e implementar uma política de prevenção primária dos riscos psicossociais. Ao alargar em seguida o campo de intervenção e introduzir as &#8220;entrevistas dialogadas&#8221;, a tese sustenta que a emancipação no trabalho não é apenas possível, mas é essencial para o bem-estar dos trabalhadores. Assim, propõe-se uma perspetiva alternativa à do sofrimento e da alienação no trabalho. Os resultados desta investigação situam-se na intersecção de domínios metodológico, filosófico e político.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Esta tesis analiza las condiciones y posibilidades de emancipación en el trabajo a través de un estudio de cinco años realizado en los puertos petroleros de Fos y Lavera. Se apoya en un enfoque ergológico para responder a las necesidades de la empresa e implementar una política de prevención primaria de los riesgos psicosociales. Al ampliar a continuación el campo de intervención e introducir las "entrevistas dialogadas", la tesis sostiene que la emancipación en el trabajo no sólo es posible, sino esencial para el bienestar de los trabajadores. Así, se propone una perspectiva alternativa a la del sufrimiento y la alienación en el trabajo. Los resultados de esta investigación se sitúan en la intersección de los ámbitos metodológico, filosófico y político.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Cette thèse examine les conditions et les possibilités d'émancipation au travail à travers une étude de cinq ans menée dans les ports pétroliers de Fos et Lavera. Elle s&#8217;appuie sur la démarche ergologique pour répondre aux besoins de l&#8217;entreprise et mettre en &#339;uvre une politique de prévention primaire des risques psychosociaux. En élargissant ensuite le champ d&#8217;intervention et en introduisant des «entretiens dialogués», la thèse soutient que l'émancipation au travail est non seulement possible, mais essentielle pour le bien-être des employés. Elle propose ainsi une perspective alternative à celle de la souffrance et de l'aliénation au travail. Les résultats de cette recherche se situent à l'intersection des domaines méthodologique, philosophique et politique.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This thesis analyzes the conditions and possibilities of emancipation at work through a study carried out over five years in the oil ports of Fos and Lavera. It is based on an ergological approach to respond to the company's needs and implement a policy of primary prevention of psychosocial risks. Afterwards, by expanding the field of intervention and introducing &#8220;dialogue interviews&#8221;, the thesis argues that emancipation at work is not only possible but is essential for the well-being of workers. Therefore, an alternative perspective to that of suffering and alienation at work is proposed. The results of this research lie at the intersection of methodological, philosophical and political domains.]]></p></abstract>
