O objetivo é analisar a utilização da marca territorial e dos subprojetos (componentes) de cidade digital estratégica como recursos estratégicos urbanos contemporâneos. A metodologia da pesquisa enfatiza um estudo de caso realizado no Porto, Portugal, por meio de um protocolo de pesquisa que investiga 15 variáveis. Os resultados alcançados revelam a presença da variável de pesquisa estratégia na marca territorial e nos subprojetos de cidade digital estratégica. A conclusão reitera que ambos os constructos podem ser tomados como instrumentos urbanos contemporâneos, expondo interesses e articulações dos atores sociais em múltiplas escalas e dimensões.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The social actors&#8217; worldviews are made possible through instruments that allow discursive fluidity. The objective is to analyze the territorial brand and the sub-projects (components) of a strategic digital city as strategic contemporary urban resources. The research methodology emphasizes a case study in Porto, Portugal, through a research protocol that investigates 15 variables. The results achieved reveal the research variable presence, strategy, in the territorial brand and in the strategic digital city subprojects. The conclusion reiterates that both constructs can be taken as contemporary urban instruments, exposing the interests and social actors&#8217; articulations at multiple scales and dimensions.]]></p></abstract>
