Os modelos construídos para ambas as regiões permitem uma avaliação fiável e precoce do potencial de colheita passível de apoiar medidas de caracter social, técnico e económico. A utilização de modelos paramétricos aos fluxos temporais das emissões polínicas permite definir um Índice Polínico Regional que, quantificando rigorosamente a quantidade anual de pólen, atribui um elevado ajuste dos modelos de previsão construídos para ambas as regiões. A operacionalidade desta metodologia para além de uma rigorosa técnica aeropalinológica está também muito dependente da integração de dados agronómicos, indispensáveis para a validação da relação pólen x produção. De acordo com os testes estatísticos apresentados, é possível, excluindo problemas pós-florais (10% dos casos), explicar cerca de 95 a 99% das flutuações inter-anuais da produção de vinho respectivamente na Bairrada e Dão, cerca de quatro meses antes da vindima. A comparação entre as produções regionais declaradas e ajustadas apresentam para os anos em estudo um desvio médio de 6% na Bairrada e 3% no Dão, quando utilizados em situação de previsão -ano 1999-os desvios foram de cerca de 4 e]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Aiming to predict the yearly wine production on the Demarcated Region of Bairrada e Dão, we have been monitoring, since 1990, the airborne pollen concentration (CPA) in strategic places within these regions using the &#8220;Cour Method&#8221; (Cour, 1974). The models developed for both regions assure an ex-ante reliable evaluation of wine production which is essential to support social, technical and economic measures. The use of parametric models to measure temporal flows of pollen emissions allows the definition of a Pollen Regional Index. This index provides the forecasting models with a considerable degree of fitness, due to its accurateness on quantifying the annual amount of pollen emissions. In practice, the adequacy of this methodology depends not only on the use of an accurate aeropalynological technique but also on the integration of agronomic data indispensable for validating the relation between pollen and production. The statistic tests show that, excluding post-blooming problems (10% of the cases), it is possible to explain, approximately four months before harvest, 95 to 99% of the wine production&#8217;s variations across years in Bairrada and Dão, respectively. For the years in analysis, the comparison between declared and adjusted regional productions reveals an average spread deviation of 6% in Bairrada and 3% in Dão. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Dans le but de prévoir la production annuelle de vin depuis 1990, dans les régions délimitées de la Bairrada et du Dão, nous avons procédé à un suivi de la concentration atmosphérique en pollen (CPA) dans les lieux stratégiques de ceux deux régions vitivinicoles, en utilisant à cet effect la &#8220;méthode Cour&#8221; (Cour, 1974). Les modéles construits pour les deux régions permettent d&#8217;obtenir une évaluation fiable et précoce du potentiel de récolte, conduisant à l&#8217;application d&#8217;actions d&#8217;ordre sociale, technique et économique. L&#8217;application de modéles paramétriques aux flux temporels des émissions de pollen, permettent de définir un Indice Pollinique Régional qui, en permettant de quantifier rigoureusement la quantité annuelle de pollen, permet de réajuster des modèles de prévision conçus pour les deux régions en question. L&#8217;apllication de cette méthodologie dépende d&#8217;une part de la technique rigoureuse d&#8217;aéropallinologie, et d&#8217;autre part, de l&#8217;intégration des données agronomiques, indispensables à la validation de la relation pollen/production. Selon les tests statistiques effectués, et si lon exclu les problémes pos-floraison (10% des cas), il est possible d&#8217;expliquer environ 95 a 98% des flutuations inter-annuelles de la production de vin, environ quatre mois avant la vendange, respectivement pour les régions de la Bairrada et du Dão. Os modelos constru&iacute;dos para ambas as regi&otilde;es permitem uma avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o fi&aacute;vel e precoce do potencial de colheita pass&iacute;vel de apoiar medidas de caracter social, t&eacute;cnico e econ&oacute;mico. </p>    <p>A utiliza&ccedil;&atilde;o de modelos param&eacute;tricos aos fluxos temporais das emiss&otilde;es pol&iacute;nicas permite definir um &Iacute;ndice Pol&iacute;nico Regional que, quantificando rigorosamente a quantidade anual de p&oacute;len, atribui um elevado ajuste dos modelos de previs&atilde;o constru&iacute;dos para ambas as regi&otilde;es.
