Interessámo-nos pelos constituintes da fracção hidrolizada (ácido gálhico, ácido elágico, catequina, epicatequina, ácido cafeico, ácido p-cumárico e ácido ferúlico) que foram separados e identificados por <A NAME="topn2"></A>DAD-HPLC<A HREF="#backn2">²</A>, com base nos seus tempos de retenção e dados espectrais. A quantificação foi efectuada utilizando o método de padrão externo.]]></p></abstract>

The components of the hydrolysed extract (gallic acid, ellagic acid, catechin, epicatechin, caffeic acid, p-coumaric acid and ferulic acid) have been resolved and identified by DAD-HPLC based on their retention times and spectral data. For quantifications, the external standard method was used.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Dans la présente étude, on a developpé une méthode analytique pour la détermination des composés phénoliques des feuilles de chêne liège (Quercus suber L.) car ces substances sont susceptibles d'avoir un rôle important sur les mécanismes de défense des plantes contre les parasites et maladies infectieuses. Nous nous sommes intéressées à la composition phénolique de la fraction hydrolysée (acide gallique, acide ellagique, catéchine, épicatéchine, acide caféique, acide p-coumarique, acide férulique) qui a été separée et identifiée par CLHP (Chromatographie Liquide à Haute Performance avec un detecteur à barrette de photodiodes) en fonction du temps et des données spectrales.
