Uma perspectiva de reabilitação e integração comunitária (*)

RESUMO
O desenvolvimento de um sistema de apoio a nível habitacional deverá ter como objectivo prioritário proporcionar o acesso de todas as pessoas em desvantagem a um espaço estável, acessível economicamente e com segurança.
As estratégias para o desenvolvimento de alternativas habitacionais podem ter lugar no nível da melhoria do acesso à habitação existente, da preservação da habitação existente e do desenvolvimento habitacional.
A garantia de resultados a longo prazo implicam acções como o envolvimento político das entidades governamentais nacionais, europeias e mesmo mundiais, a organização de parcerias na comunidade, a criação de condições para a adaptação dos espaços físicos e criação de sistemas de funcionamento eficazes e ainda favorecer o envolvimento de outros cidadãos na integração e participação social de grupos especiais.

]]>ABSTRACT
The development of a Community Support System in terms of housing should give priority to the accessibility of disavantaged populations in order to provide access to stable, affordable and safe housing options.
The strategies to develop new housing options may be focused on the acess to the existing housing market, the preservation of housing alternatives and the development of new housing options.
To ensure long term successfull results implies the involvement of national, european and even world scale organizations, the adaptation of housing in terms of the space and the support services provided and the promotion of citizen participation in the integration of special needs groups.
