É feita referência às respostas acessíveis às pessoas com necessidades especiais nomeadamente nos planos legal e educativo. É ainda destacada a Escola Inclusiva, paradigma que permitiu deslocar o enfoque da intervenção do domínio estritamente médico para o âmbito psicopedagógico.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The author reflects on the new social-economic and cultural order and its influence on norms, patterns and models that regulate behaviours. A reference is made to the answers available to people with special needs, namely on the legal and educational level. Inclusive School, the paradigm that allowed intervention to move from the medical domain into the psychopedagogical domain, is emphasised.]]></p></abstract>
