RESUMO
]]> É bem conhecido o facto de a representação metal materna influenciar as interacções mãe-criança e desta forma o desenvolvimento psicoafectivo do bebé. Com os trabalhos de D. Winnicott e de W. Bion torna-se mais evidente a importância do mundo fantasmático da mãe na construção do sentido da identidade da criança.Em 1980, com o artigo Ghosts in the Nursery, Selma Fraiberg enfatiza a importância das fantasias mentais maternas na génese da patologia da relação mãe-criança ou na formação de sintomas nesta.
A propósito de um caso clínico de trigémeos, os autores propõem-se realizar uma reflexão teórica sobre as representações mentais maternas num contexto de gemeralidade. O caso clínico apresentado foi observado na nossa unidade a pedido dos pais, por necessidade de inserção das crianças num Infantário.
À data da primeira consulta, os bebés tinham quatro meses, sendo dois do sexo masculino e um do sexo feminino. Pela observação, tornaram-se evidentes as diferenças da interacção mãe-criança em relação aos três bebés. Assim, uma questão nos surgiu: existirá uma única representação materna para todas as crianças, sendo a representação individual subsidiária desta, ou existirão à partida representações maternas diferentes?
Para uma abordagem mais objectiva desta questão e do caso cliníco, utilizámos os seguintes instrumentos: entrevista R - método de avaliação das representações maternas de Daniel Ster, Cristianne Robert-Tissot et al. - e a Escala de Temparmento de Bates-ICQ.

]]> It's well known the fact of the influences of the maternal representation in the infant-mother interaction and by this way, the psycho-affective development of the baby. With the work of D. Winnicott and W. Bion, becomes clearly the importance of the phantasmagoric world of the mother at the construction in the way of the child identity.In 1980, with the article Ghosts in the nursery, Selma Fraiberg values the amount of maternal fantasies in the relationship infant-mother pathology genesis or the arrangement of symptoms there.
By the way, at multiple birth clinical case, the authors propose realizing a theoretical reflection about the maternal representation in a multiple birth context. The clinical case presented were observed in our unit for the need of children insertion at the nursery-school, by parents request.
At first assessment, the babies were four months, two boys and one girl. During observations, became clearly the differences of the infant-mother interaction among the three babies. And then a question came up: will it exist only one maternal representation and for each child a subsidiary representation or will it exist different maternal representations?
For a clear approach of this question we use the Interview R (D. Stern, Robert-Tissot, et al.) and the ICQ.
