Este protocolo visava aferir em que medida a construção social acerca dos sexos condiciona a antecipação de comportamentos políticos. Os resultados evidenciam a assimetria simbólica da questão do género, sugerindo a existência duma discrepância entre as características do mundo do trabalho e as características do estereótipo feminino e a necessidade de negociação de comportamentos por parte das mulheres, patente na necessidade de gestão da imagem por elas sentida. O grupo feminino recorre preferencialmente a estratégias indirectas de influência e a estratégias individuais de sobrevivência em contexto organizacional, que diminuem a hipótese de mudança social, por perpetuarem a relação de dominação.]]></p></abstract>

This protocol intended to estimate in which measure the social construction about the sexes thus condition the anticipation of political behaviors. The results stand out the symbolic asymmetry between the sexes, suggesting the existence of a discrepancy between the organizational environment characteristics and the feminine stereotype characteristics and the need for behavioral negotiation felt by the women, which is manifest in the need they feel for image management. Women appeal preferably to indirect influence strategies and individual strategies of organizational survival, which in turn diminish de chance for social change, by perpetuating the domination relation.]]></p></abstract>

Os resultados evidenciam a assimetria simb&oacute;lica da    quest&atilde;o do g&eacute;nero, sugerindo a exist&ecirc;ncia duma discrep&acirc;ncia    entre as caracter&iacute;sticas do mundo do trabalho e as caracter&iacute;sticas    do estere&oacute;tipo feminino e a necessidade de negocia&ccedil;&atilde;o de    comportamentos por parte das mulheres, patente na necessidade de gest&atilde;o    da imagem por elas sentida.
