Assim, define-se o que é o conflito, quais as fontes de conflito, alguns factores condicionantes do conflito, as melhores estratégias para lidar com o conflito nas empresas (o que dá mais rendimento) e algumas conclusões sobre o tema. Relaciona-se ainda as concepções de conflito e as estratégias de gestão do mesmo com várias culturas organizacionais.]]></p></abstract>

A definition of conflict is presented, as well as the different styles of leading with conflict.
