</abstract>

The study was developed in two stages: (1) a pilot study with 45 participants and (2) a study with 1113 participants, recruited from different working environments across the country. The test-retest correlations are good for the majority of the items. The principal component analysis produced a 23-item solution in five factors, explaining 50% of the total variance. The internal consistency was high in all the subscales and in total scale, both in the pilot study and in the larger study.
