Foi objetivo neste trabalho, avaliar o efeito de doses de glifosato sobre a fitotoxidade e os caracteres agronômicos cultivares de soja RR®. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi em blocos casualizados, dispostos em esquema fatorial 3 x 6, com três repetições. Os tratamentos foram constituídos por três cultivares de soja RR® (CD 250, TMG 1174 e V-MAX) e seis doses do herbicida glifosato (0, 960, 1920, 2880, 3840, 4800 g e.a. ha-1), utilizou-se o produto comercial Roundup Ready®. Foram avaliadas: matéria seca aérea, fitotoxidade, altura das plantas, inserção da primeira vagem, massa de mil grãos e produtividade de grãos. A aplicação de doses crescentes de glifosato até 4800 g e.a. ha-1 ocasionou fitotoxidade em plantas de soja, todavia, não causaram injúrias suficientes a ponto de reduzir os caracteres agronômicos da soja. A maior produtividade dos grãos, foi verificado para a cultivar TMG 1174 RR em Lavras e para a cultivar V-MAX RR em Patos de Minas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The use of glyphosate herbicide affects nutritional balance, nodulation, biochemical, physiological factors and consequently can affect the components of production of the RR®soybean crop. The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of glifosato doses on the phytotoxicity and agronomic traits of RR® soybean cultivars. The experimental design was in randomized blocks, arranged in a 3 x 6 factorial scheme, with three replications. The treatments consisted of three RR® soybean cultivars (CD 250, TMG 1174 and V-MAX) and six doses of the herbicide glifosato (0, 960, 1920, 2880, 3840, 4800 g e.a. ha-1), were used Roundup Ready® commercial product. They were evaluated: aerial dry matter, phytotoxicity, plant height, first pod insertion, one thousand grain mass and grain yield. The highest productivity of the grains was verified for cultivar TMG 1174 RR in Lavras and for cultivar V-MAX RR in Patos de Minas.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2"><b>Keywords:</b> <i>Glycine max</i>, EPSPs, phytotoxicity, herbicide.</font></p> <hr noshade size="1">     <p><font face="Verdana" size="3"><b>INTRODU&Ccedil;&Atilde;O</b></font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">O desenvolvimento de novos cultivares de algod&atilde;o, milho e soja, resistentes ao herbicida glifosato (RR<sup>&reg;</sup>) tem sido destaque no cen&aacute;rio agr&iacute;cola. No Brasil a &aacute;rea cultivada com ado&ccedil;&atilde;o de eventos transg&ecirc;nicos j&aacute; ultrapassa os 49 milh&otilde;es de hectares (C&eacute;leres, 2017), fazendo com que o glifosato seja o herbicida de maior volume de vendas no mundo.&gt; A utiliza&ccedil;&atilde;o deste herbicida aplicado em p&oacute;s-emerg&ecirc;ncia na cultura da soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup> tem representado uma boa alternativa de controle de plantas infestantes pela efici&ecirc;ncia e viabilidade econ&oacute;mica (Melhoran&ccedil;a Filho <i>et al., </i>2011).</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">O glifosato pertence ao grupo qu&iacute;mico das glicinas substitu&iacute;das, classificado como n&atilde;o seletivo (seletivo somente para culturas RR<sup>&reg;</sup>). O sitio de a&ccedil;&atilde;o do herbicida &eacute; a inibi&ccedil;&atilde;o da s&iacute;ntese de amino&aacute;cidos arom&aacute;ticos (fenilalanina, tirosina e triptofano) e interfere no metabolismo secund&aacute;rio de plantas (Petter <i>et al.,</i> 2016). Apesar das plantas de soja com a transgenia RR<sup>&reg;</sup> apresentarem a enzima chave (5-enolpiruvilchiquimato-3-fosfato sintase - EPSPs) insens&iacute;vel ao herbicida, este pode causar <i>stress</i> e/ou efeito fitot&oacute;xico, afetando a nodula&ccedil;&atilde;o, a efici&ecirc;ncia no uso da &aacute;gua, a fotoss&iacute;ntese e a absor&ccedil;&atilde;o de nutrientes (Zobiole <i>et al.,</i> 2010; Zuffo <i>et al.,</i> 2014; Petter <i>et al.,</i> 2016). Plantas submetidas a <i>stress</i>, inibem o crescimento, o desenvolvimento (Taiz <i>et al.,</i> 2017) e, consequentemente podem reduzir a produtividade dos gr&atilde;os.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">H&aacute; alguns estudos sobre efeitos secund&aacute;rios do uso de glifosato na soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup>, todavia os resultados s&atilde;o controversos. Parte dos estudos, reportaram que o uso de glifosato n&atilde;o afeta o a produtividade dos gr&atilde;os da soja (Stefanello <i>et al.,</i> 2011; Alonso <i>et al.,</i> 2013; Pinto <i>et al.,</i> 2016). Por outro lado, pesquisas t&ecirc;m reportado que a aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o de glifosato na soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup> tem ocasionado perdas no rendimento da cultura (Santos <i>et al.,</i> 2007; Albrecht <i>et al</i>., 2008; Melhoran&ccedil;a Filho e<i>t al.,</i> 2010). A magnitude de intensidade das respostas fisiol&oacute;gicas est&aacute; intimamente relacionada &agrave;s caracter&iacute;sticas intr&iacute;nsecas dos cultivares de soja RR<sup>&reg; </sup>(Zablotowicz e Reddy, 2004). Assim, as diferen&ccedil;as observadas nos estudos podem ser atribu&iacute;das aos cultivares de soja RR<sup>&reg; </sup>utilizados, nos quais, esses efeitos se evidenciam de maneira distinta. Portanto, as altera&ccedil;&otilde;es nas plantas de soja provocadas pela aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o do glifosato podem ou n&atilde;o afetar os componentes de produ&ccedil;&atilde;o da cultura.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Portanto, apoiado na hip&oacute;tese de que a aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o de glifosato afeta o balan&ccedil;o nutricional, fatores bioqu&iacute;micos, fisiol&oacute;gicos e a nodula&ccedil;&atilde;o, consequentemente podem afetar os componentes de produ&ccedil;&atilde;o da cultura da soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup>. Objetivou-se com esse trabalho avaliar o efeito de doses de glifosato sobre a fitotoxidade e os caracteres agron&ocirc;micos de cultivares de soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup>.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="3"><b>MATERIAL E M&Eacute;TODOS</b></font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2"><i>Localiza&ccedil;&atilde;o e Caracteriza&ccedil;&atilde;o da &Aacute;rea Experimental</i></font></p>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<p><font face="Verdana" size="2">O experimento foi realizado em Lavras e Patos de Minas, ambos no estado de Minas Gerais/Brasil, durante a safra 2014/15. O munic&iacute;pio de Lavras est&aacute; situado &agrave; latitude de 21<sup>o</sup>14' S, longitude 45<sup>o</sup>00' W, altitude de 918 m, em solo classificado como Latossolo Vermelho Distrof&eacute;rrico t&iacute;pico. J&aacute; o munic&iacute;pio de Patos de Minas, situado &agrave; latitude de 18<sup>o</sup>29' S, longitude 46<sup>o</sup>26' W, altitude de 1074 m, em um solo classificado como Latossolo Vermelho Eutr&oacute;fico. A composi&ccedil;&atilde;o qu&iacute;mica do solo e os dados de precipita&ccedil;&atilde;o e temperatura, nos dois locais s&atilde;o apresentados no <a href = "/img/revistas/rca/v42n4/v42n4a09q1.jpg" target = "_blank">Quadro 1</a> e na <a href = "#f1">Figura 1</a>, respectivamente.</font></p>     
<p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><a name = "f1"><img src = "/img/revistas/rca/v42n4/v42n4a09f1.jpg"></a></p>     
<p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2"><i>Delineamento experimental e Tratamentos</i></font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">O delineamento experimental utilizado foi em blocos casualizados, dispostos em esquema fatorial 3 x 6, com tr&ecirc;s repeti&ccedil;&otilde;es. Os tratamentos foram constitu&iacute;dos por tr&ecirc;s cultivares de soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup> (CD 250 - h&aacute;bito de crescimento indeterminado, grupo de matura&ccedil;&atilde;o 5,5; TMG 1174 - h&aacute;bito de crescimento determinado, grupo de matura&ccedil;&atilde;o 7,4; e, V-MAX - h&aacute;bito de crescimento indeterminado, grupo de matura&ccedil;&atilde;o 6,2) e seis doses do herbicida glifosato (0, 960, 1920, 2880, 3840, 4800 g e.a. ha<sup>-1</sup>), utilizou-se o produto comercial Roundup Ready<sup>&reg;</sup> (480 e.a. g/L), cuja a formula&ccedil;&atilde;o &eacute; concentrado sol&uacute;vel. Para a testemunha (aus&ecirc;ncia de glifosato) o controle de plantas infestantes foi realizado por meio capina manual. A aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o do herbicida glifosato foi realizada em p&oacute;s-emerg&ecirc;ncia da cultura, aos 25 dias ap&oacute;s a emerg&ecirc;ncia (DAE) utilizando-se um pulverizador costal, mantido com press&atilde;o constante por CO<sub>2</sub> comprimido, constitu&iacute;do de barra com 4 bicos de pulveriza&ccedil;&atilde;o do tipo XR 11002 VS, espa&ccedil;ados de 0,5 m e press&atilde;o de trabalho de 206,84 KiloPascal. As parcelas experimentais foram constitu&iacute;das de quatro fileiras com 5,0 m de comprimento, espa&ccedil;adas em 0,50 m, sendo utilizadas como &aacute;rea &uacute;til apenas as duas fileiras centrais.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2"><i>Implanta&ccedil;&atilde;o e Condu&ccedil;&atilde;o do experimento</i></font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">A instala&ccedil;&atilde;o dos ensaios seguiu o sistema de sementeira direta, com desseca&ccedil;&atilde;o previa da &aacute;rea com 2 L ha<sup>-1</sup> de glifosato. Em seguida, realizou-se a aduba&ccedil;&atilde;o com semeadora, na quantidade de 350 kg ha<sup>-1 </sup>do formulado de N-P<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>-K<sub>2</sub>O (02-30-20). A sementeira foi manual realizada na segunda quinzena de novembro de 2014. A inocula&ccedil;&atilde;o foi realizada nos sulcos de sementeira com <i>Bradyrhizobium japonicum </i>na propor&ccedil;&atilde;o de seis vezes a dose recomendada para o tratamento via sementes (2 mL kg<sup>-1</sup> de semente). A densidade de sementeira foi de 15 sementes por metro linear.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Para o controle de doen&ccedil;as foi realizada aplica&ccedil;&otilde;es preventivas de fungicidas. Os fungicidas utili&shy;zados foram piraclostrobina (250 g/L) do produto comercial Comet<sup>&reg;</sup>, na dose de 0,5 L/ha, piraclostro&shy;bina (133 g/L) + epoxiconazol (50 g/L) na dose de 0,5 litros do produto comercial Opera<sup>&reg;</sup> por hectare e azoxistrobina (200 g/L) + ciproconazol (80 g/L) na dose de 300 mL de produto comercial Priori Xtra<sup>&reg;</sup> por hectare, com volume de cada de 200 L/ha. O controle de pragas foi realizado, quando necess&aacute;rio, com a utiliza&ccedil;&atilde;o do inseticida, com ac&ccedil;&atilde;o ovicida e larvicida, teflubenzur&atilde;o (150 g/L) na dose de 50 mL/ha do produto comercial Nomolt<sup>&reg;</sup> 150, cujo volume de calda foi de 200 L/ha e os inseticidas de contato cipermetrina (250 g/L) do produto comercial Cipermetrina Nortox<sup>&reg; </sup>250 EC e clorpirif&oacute;s (480 g/L) do produto comercial Lorsban<sup>&reg; </sup>480 BR na dosagem de 120 e 250 mL/ha, respectivamente.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2"><i>Mensura&ccedil;&atilde;o das avalia&ccedil;&otilde;es</i></font></p>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<p><font face="Verdana" size="2">No in&iacute;cio do florescimento (est&aacute;dio R<sub>1, </sub>conforme<sub> </sub>Fehr <i>et al</i>., 1971)<sub> </sub>foram avaliadas em cinco plantas por parcela: mat&eacute;ria seca a&eacute;rea (g planta<sup>-1</sup>) - as plantas foram acondicionadas em sacos de papel, colocadas para secar em estufa &agrave; 65 &deg;C por 72 horas e, posteriormente, pesadas em balan&ccedil;a anal&iacute;tica com precis&atilde;o de 0,0001 g; Fitotoxidade - foi baseado no modelo proposto e adaptado por Martins <i>et al.</i> (2004), na qual adotou-se uma metodologia semelhante &agrave; aplicada para caracteriza&ccedil;&atilde;o dos sintomas de doen&ccedil;as foliares de final de ciclo em soja. A avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o foi realizada por duas pessoas separadamente por meio de uma ficha de classifica&ccedil;&atilde;o, aos 7, 14 e 21 DAA (Dias ap&oacute;s a aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o). Como diagrama estabelecido para a quantifica&ccedil;&atilde;o dos sintomas da fitotoxidade apresentava uma amplitude de &aacute;rea foliar atingida, para efeito de an&aacute;lise estat&iacute;stica considerou-se o valor m&eacute;dio da percentagem de &aacute;rea foliar acometida na amplitude de cada nota atribu&iacute;da.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Por ocasi&atilde;o da colheita (est&aacute;dio R<sub>8, </sub>conforme<sub> </sub>Fehr <i>et al</i>., 1971) foram obtidos em cinco plantas por parcela as seguintes vari&aacute;veis: altura das plantas (cm) - determinada da superf&iacute;cie do solo at&eacute; &agrave; inser&ccedil;&atilde;o da &uacute;ltima folha com aux&iacute;lio de uma r&eacute;gua graduada; inser&ccedil;&atilde;o do primeira vagem (cm) - determinada da superf&iacute;cie do solo at&eacute; &agrave; inser&ccedil;&atilde;o do primeira vagem. A colheita foi realizada manualmente e a debulha mec&acirc;nica com aux&iacute;lio de trilhadora Vencedora modelo Maqtron<sup>&reg;</sup>. Em seguida, determinou-se a massa de mil gr&atilde;os (g) - de acordo com a metodologia descrita em Brasil (2009) e a produtividade de gr&atilde;os (kg ha<sup>-1</sup>) - padronizada para umidade dos gr&atilde;os de 13%.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2"><i>An&aacute;lises Estat&iacute;sticas</i></font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Os dados experimentais foram submetidos aos testes de verifica&ccedil;&atilde;o dos pressupostos de normalidade e homogeneidade. Posteriormente, os dados foram submetidos a an&aacute;lise de vari&acirc;ncia (ANOVA) conjunta foi realizada adotando o modelo estat&iacute;stico e o procedimento de an&aacute;lise semelhante ao apresentado por Ramalho <i>et al.</i> (2012), e quando significativas as m&eacute;dias foram comparadas pelo teste Scott Knott, ao n&iacute;vel de 5% de probabilidade, utilizando-se o programa estat&iacute;stico Sisvar<sup>&reg;</sup> vers&atilde;o 5.3 para Windows (Software de An&aacute;lises Estat&iacute;sticas, UFLA, Lavras, MG, BRA). Para a vari&aacute;vel fitotoxidade foi utilizada a an&aacute;lise de regress&atilde;o e as equa&ccedil;&otilde;es significativas com os maiores coeficientes de determina&ccedil;&atilde;o (teste F, p &lt; 0,05) foram ajustadas. A an&aacute;lise de regress&atilde;o foi realizada usando o software SigmaPlot 11.0 para Windows (Systat Software, Inc., San Jos&eacute;, CA, EUA).</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="3"><b>RESULTADOS E DISCUSS&Atilde;O</b></font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Os resultados da an&aacute;lise de vari&acirc;ncia n&atilde;o mostraram efeitos significativos (p&gt;0,05) para as intera&ccedil;&otilde;es (C &times; D, L &times; D, C &times; L &times; D) para nenhuma das caracter&iacute;sticas avaliadas (<a href = "#q2">Quadro 2</a>). J&aacute; para a intera&ccedil;&atilde;o C &times; L houve efeito significativo apenas para altura de plantas, massa seca a&eacute;rea, inser&ccedil;&atilde;o primeira vagem e produtividade dos gr&atilde;os. Portanto, os resultados s&atilde;o apresentados separadamente para os principais efeitos das cultivares, local e doses de glifosato que n&atilde;o apresentaram intera&ccedil;&atilde;o significativa. A aus&ecirc;ncia das intera&ccedil;&otilde;es significativas entre o fator doses com os demais indicam que a aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o de glifosato apresenta resposta coincidentes nas cultivares de soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup>, independentemente do local de produ&ccedil;&atilde;o.</font></p>     <p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><a name = "q2"><img src = "/img/revistas/rca/v42n4/v42n4a09q2.jpg"></a></p>     
<p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2"><i>Efeito do glifosato na fitotoxidade das plantas</i></font></p>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Observou-se efeito fitot&oacute;xico do glifosato &agrave; cultura apenas foram mais evidentes aos sete dias ap&oacute;s a aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o (DAA) nas fontes de varia&ccedil;&atilde;o local e cultivar (<a href = "#q3">Quadro 3</a>). Sendo que, os danos visuais &agrave;s plantas, foram mais elevados em Lavras e nas cultivares CD 250 RR e V-MAX RR. Aos 14 DAA constatou-se que o n&iacute;vel de inj&uacute;ria foi reduzido. Esta recupera&ccedil;&atilde;o seguiu-se ao longo do ciclo da cultura, quando aos 21 DAA, detectou baixo sintoma de fitotoxidade &agrave; cultura. Para Zablotowicz e Reddy (2004) o grau de intensidade das respostas fisiol&oacute;gicas est&aacute; intimamente relacionado &agrave;s caracter&iacute;sticas intr&iacute;nsecas dos cultivares de soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup>. Adicionalmente, a sensibilidade das cultivares de soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup> ao glifosato &eacute; vari&aacute;vel e normalmente n&atilde;o excede sete dias ap&oacute;s a aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o do herbicida (Petter <i>et al</i>., 2007).</font></p>     <p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><a name = "q3"><img src = "/img/revistas/rca/v42n4/v42n4a09q3.jpg"></a></p>     
<p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Quanto ao efeito fitot&oacute;xico das doses de glifosato, constatou-se que houve efeito significativo em todas avalia&ccedil;&otilde;es (<a href = "#f2">Figura 2</a>). Percebe-se tamb&eacute;m que em todas as doses h&aacute; recupera&ccedil;&atilde;o nos sintomas de fitotoxidade. De modo, geral, todas as doses ocasionaram efeito negativo, sendo mais pronunciados nas doses de 3840 e 4800 g e.a. ha<sup>-1</sup>. Tais achados s&atilde;o diferentes dos verificados por Proc&oacute;pio <i>et al.</i> (2007), os quais observaram que a aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o isolada de glifosato nas doses de 480, 960 e 1.440 g e.a. ha<sup>-1</sup> n&atilde;o causaram toxicidade em plantas de soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup>. </font></p>     <p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><a name = "f2"><img src = "/img/revistas/rca/v42n4/v42n4a09f2.jpg"></a></p>     
<p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Normalmente, o dano direto do glifosato nas folhas se caracteriza por uma clorose conhecida como <i>yellow flashing</i> (Petter <i>et al.,</i> 2016). Esse efeito pode estar associado &agrave; complexa&ccedil;&atilde;o do glifosato com alguns nutrientes (Coutinho e Mazo, 2005), reduzindo a disponibilidade moment&acirc;nea desses para as rea&ccedil;&otilde;es metab&oacute;licas nas c&eacute;lulas. Todavia, os efeitos do glifosato podem se estender al&eacute;m de clorose, afetando o metabolismo fisiol&oacute;gico como redu&ccedil;&atilde;o da taxa fotossint&eacute;tica, transpira&ccedil;&atilde;o e condut&acirc;ncia estom&aacute;tica (Zobiole <i>et al.,</i> 2010).</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Cabe salientar que nas avalia&ccedil;&otilde;es aos 14 e 21 DAA houve aumento da porcentagem de &aacute;rea foliar e as plantas manteve o seu crescimento comparando as doses do herbicida utilizado, mas os n&iacute;veis de fitotoxidade reduziram quando comparado aos 7 DAA. Resultados deste trabalho corroboram com Alonso <i>et al.</i> (2013), na qual os sintomas percept&iacute;veis visualmente na parte a&eacute;rea, como amarelecimento das folhas superiores e que geralmente n&atilde;o s&atilde;o observados durante todo o ciclo da soja, apresentam a tend&ecirc;ncia de desaparecer em torno de 20 dias ap&oacute;s a aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o. De acordo com Cakmak <i>et al.</i> (2009), a persist&ecirc;ncia desse sintoma clor&oacute;tico depende da habilidade da planta de se recuperar pela absor&ccedil;&atilde;o radicular dos elementos que foram imobilizados pelo glifosato nos tecidos foliares. Para Reddy <i>et al</i>. (2004), esse sintoma indesej&aacute;vel na soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup> &eacute; atribu&iacute;do &agrave; acumula&ccedil;&atilde;o de AMPA (&aacute;cido aminometilfosf&ocirc;nico), primeiro metabolito fitot&oacute;xico do glifosato, o qual &eacute; um dos respons&aacute;veis pela diminui&ccedil;&atilde;o da biomassa seca da parte a&eacute;rea e raiz e do teor de clorofila (Zablotowicz e Reddy, 2004).</font></p>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<p><font face="Verdana" size="2"><i>Efeito do glifosato nos caracteres agron&ocirc;micos</i></font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Os resultados reportaram efeitos significativos entre as cultivares de soja (C) para as vari&aacute;veis mat&eacute;ria seca a&eacute;rea, inser&ccedil;&atilde;o da primeira vagem, peso de mil gr&atilde;os e produtividade dos gr&atilde;os (<a href = "#q4">Quadro 4</a>). O efeito das cultivares nas caracter&iacute;sticas agron&ocirc;micas da soja tamb&eacute;m foi verificado por Soares <i>et al</i>. (2015) e Felisberto <i>et al.</i> (2015). Os autores, atribuem estas varia&ccedil;&otilde;es as diferen&ccedil;as no potencial gen&eacute;tico, h&aacute;bito de crescimento, e outras caracter&iacute;sticas intr&iacute;nsecas de cada cultivar.</font></p>     <p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><a name = "q4"><img src = "/img/revistas/rca/v42n4/v42n4a09q4.jpg"></a></p>     
<p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">De maneira geral, todas as vari&aacute;veis foram influenciadas pelo fator local de produ&ccedil;&atilde;o de soja. O efeito do local de produ&ccedil;&atilde;o da soja nas caracter&iacute;sticas agron&ocirc;micas &eacute; destacado na literatura (Soares <i>et al.,</i> 2015; Zambiazzi <i>et al.,</i> 2018) e corrobora com os relatos evidenciados no presente trabalho. Os locais s&atilde;o importantes para o cultivo de soja, pois os dois locais eram distintos no que se referem as caracter&iacute;sticas de altitude, latitude e longitude, e apresentaram varia&ccedil;&otilde;es de precipita&ccedil;&atilde;o e temperatura durante a condu&ccedil;&atilde;o dos ensaios (<a href = "#f1">Figura 1</a>), sendo estes fatores essenciais para a produ&ccedil;&atilde;o de gr&atilde;os (Castro <i>et al.,</i> 2017). Para os locais de produ&ccedil;&atilde;o, fica evidente que o ambiente de Lavras propiciou maior produtividade dos gr&atilde;os de soja (<a href = "#q4">Quadro 4</a>).</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Para as doses de glifosato Roundup Ready<sup>&reg;</sup> (480 e. a. g L<sup>-1</sup>), observou-se que n&atilde;o houve efeito signifi&shy;cativo nos caracteres avaliados, ou seja, o herbicida glifosato, na formula&ccedil;&atilde;o estudada, n&atilde;o influenciou os caracteres agron&ocirc;micos de soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup>. Aus&ecirc;ncia do efeito de doses de glifosato nos componentes de produ&ccedil;&atilde;o da soja tamb&eacute;m foi observado por Alonso <i>et al.</i> (2013) e Pinto <i>et al</i>. (2016). </font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Neste estudo tamb&eacute;m foi observado intera&ccedil;&atilde;o significativa entre cultivares e locais de produ&ccedil;&atilde;o da soja, evidenciando assim que as cultivares apresentaram desempenho n&atilde;o consistente nos locais de produ&ccedil;&atilde;o. Estes resultados confirmam os relatos apresentados por Silva <i>et al.</i> (2016) e Zambiazzi <i>et al</i>. (2017), os quais, constaram intera&ccedil;&atilde;o significativa dos cultivares e locais na produtividade da soja.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Quanto a intera&ccedil;&atilde;o cultivares x locais, pode-se destacar para a mat&eacute;ria seca a&eacute;rea a cultivar V- MAX RR apresentou maiores valores m&eacute;dios nos dois locais (<a href = "/img/revistas/rca/v42n4/v42n4a09q5.jpg" target = "_blank">Quadro 5</a>). Em rela&ccedil;&atilde;o ao local de produ&ccedil;&atilde;o da soja, independentemente da cultivar, Lavras propiciou plantas com maior mat&eacute;ria seca a&eacute;rea, altura de plantas e, maior inser&ccedil;&atilde;o da primeira vagem na cultivar V-MAX RR. </font></p>     
<p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Para &agrave; altura de plantas, nota-se que no local de lavras n&atilde;o houve diferen&ccedil;as significativas entre as cultivares. J&aacute;, para o local Patos de Minas a cultivar V-MAX RR apresentou maiores valores m&eacute;dios (65,59 cm). Este dado assemelha ao proposto para cultivares comerciais, que preconiza-se que as cultivares de sojas modernas apresentem altura de planta entre 60 a 110 cm, n&atilde;o apenas para alta produtividade, mas tamb&eacute;m para elevado rendimento operacional da colhedora (Shigihara e Hamawaki, 2005). A altura de plantas &eacute; um aspecto agron&ocirc;mico que &eacute; amplamente relacionado n&atilde;o s&oacute; a rendimento de gr&atilde;os, mas tamb&eacute;m ao controle de plantas infestantes e seus m&eacute;todos de gest&atilde;o. </font></p>     ]]></body>
<body><![CDATA[<p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Em rela&ccedil;&atilde;o &agrave;s m&eacute;dias de inser&ccedil;&atilde;o da primeira vagem e produtividade dos gr&atilde;os, as cultivares que apresentaram maiores estimativas foram a TMG 1174 RR em Lavras e a V-MAX RR em Patos de Minas. Os valores de inser&ccedil;&atilde;o da primeira vagem foram 10,64 cm e 12,24 cm, respectivamente. Estas cultivares se enquadram no que foi proposto por Valad&atilde;o J&uacute;nior <i>et al.</i> (2008), a qual recomenda altura da primeira vagem igual ou superior a 10 cm para se obter um alto rendimento operacional de colheita.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Cabe salientar, que embora houve efeitos negativos das doses de glifosato na&nbsp; fitotoxidade aos 7 e 14 DAA em plantas de soja RR<sup>&reg;</sup>, durante o estado vegetativo das plantas. Tais efeitos, n&atilde;o causaram inj&uacute;rias suficientes a ponto de reduzir os caracteres agron&ocirc;micos da soja.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="3"><b>CONCLUS&Otilde;ES</b></font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">A aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o de doses crescentes de glifosato at&eacute; 4800 g e.a. ha<sup>-1</sup> ocasionou fitotoxidade em plantas de soja, todavia, n&atilde;o causaram inj&uacute;rias suficientes a ponto de reduzir os caracteres agron&ocirc;micos da soja, definidos pela altura de plantas, mat&eacute;ria seca a&eacute;rea, inser&ccedil;&atilde;o da primeira vagem, massa de mil gr&atilde;os e a produtividade dos gr&atilde;os.</font></p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="2">A maior produtividade dos gr&atilde;os, foi verificado para a cultivar TMG 1174 RR (grupo de matura&ccedil;&atilde;o 7,4) em Lavras e para a cultivar V-MAX RR (grupo de matura&ccedil;&atilde;o 6,2) em Patos de Minas.</font></p>     <p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><font face="Verdana" size="3"><b>Refer&ecirc;ncias Bibliogr&aacute;ficas</b></font></p>     <!-- ref --><p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Albrecht, L.P.; Braccini, de L.; Scapim, C.A.; Aguiar, C.G. de; &Aacute;vila, M.R. &amp; St&uuml;lp, M.
