Diante disso, objetivou-se avaliar o desempenho agronômico de cultivares de soja em função da inoculação com Azospirillum brasilense e aplicações de diferentes doses de nitrogênio. O experimento foi conduzido em delineamento de blocos casualizados em esquema fatorial 4x3, com quatro formas de adubação nitrogenada (T1: 0% adubação nitrogenada; T2: 100% de adubação nitrogenada; T3:100 % de adubação nitrogenada + Azospirillum brasilense; T4: 0% adubação nitrogenada + Azospirillum brasilense e T5: 50% adubação nitrogenada + Azospirillum brasilense) e três cultivares de soja (NEO 790 IPRO; FT® 3165 IPRO e DAGMA 7921 IPRO), com 5 repetições. No estádio R5 da cultura foram analisadas as seguintes características: altura de planta (AP), altura da inserção da primeira vagem (APV), diâmetro do caule (DC), número de folha (NF) e número de vagens por planta (NVP). Observou-se que a utilização de Azospirillum brasilense apresenta efeito significativo sobre as características morfológicas das plantas, além de proporciona os mesmos resultados que a adubação com fertilizantes minerais.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Biological nitrogen fixation is a natural action that occurs through the symbiotic association of plants with diazotrophic microorganisms, which transforms atmospheric nitrogen into forms absorbable by plants, promoting their growth. Therefore, the objective was to evaluate the agronomic performance of soybean cultivars as a function of inoculation with Azospirillum brasilense and applications of different doses of nitrogen. The experiment was conducted in a randomized block design in a 4x3 factorial scheme, with four forms of nitrogen fertilization (T1: 0% nitrogen fertilization; T2: 100% nitrogen fertilization; T3: 100% nitrogen fertilization + Azospirillum brasilense; T4: 0 % nitrogen fertilization + Azospirillum brasilense and T5: 50% nitrogen fertilization + Azospirillum brasilense) and three soybean cultivars (NEO 790 IPRO; FT® 3165 IPRO and DAGMA 7921 IPRO), with 5 replications. At the R5 stage of the crop, the following characteristics were analyzed: plant height (AP), first pod insertion height (APV), stem diameter (DC), leaf number (NF) and number of pods per plant (NVP). It was observed that the use of Azospirillum brasilense has a significant effect on the morphological characteristics of the plants, in addition to providing the same results as fertilization with mineral fertilizers.]]></p></abstract>
