La administración pública moderna ha buscado a lo largo de las últimas décadas estrategias cada vez más racionalistas para la organización de los procesos de gestión en un mundo globalizado y sometido a las tendencias de mercado. Nuestra investigación parte de un enfoque comparado de criterios gerenciales (NGP y Post-NGP) que son analizados en los sistemas educativos de los dos países, y que nos permiten verificar las divergencias y semejanzas existentes entre estructuras políticas y administrativas a priori diferentes pero que, fruto de la globalización y la estandarización de los procedimientos generales de estas corrientes, comienzan a compartir trayectorias educativas/formativas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo O objetivo desse artigo é analisar desde uma perspectiva comparada as diretrizes institucionais estabelecidas nos sistemas educativos da Espanha e do Brasil, no contexto da Nova Gestão Pública e a transição a novos paradigmas de gestão (Pós-NGP). A administração pública moderna tem buscado ao longo das últimas décadas, estratégias cada vez mais racionalistas para a organização dos processos de gestão em um mundo globalizado e submetido às tendências de mercado. Nossa investigação parte de um enfoque comparado de critérios gerenciais (NGP e Pós-NGP), que são analisados nos sistemas educativos dos dois países e que nos permitem verificar as divergências e semelhanças existentes entre estruturas políticas e administrativas, a priori diferentes, porém oriundas da globalização e padronização dos procedimentos gerais destas correntes começam a compartilhar trajetórias educativas/formativas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The aim of this work is to analyse from a comparative perspective the institutional guidelines established in the education systems of Spain and Brazil, in the context of New Public Management and transitions to new management paradigms (Post-NPM). The modern public administration over the past decades has sought to implement increasingly rationalistic strategies for organizing management processes in a world subject to global market trends. Our research is based on a comparative approach for the analysis of managerial criteria (NGP and Post-NGP) used in the educational systems of the two countries. This comparison will allow us to verify the divergences and similarities between political and administrative structures that appear different a priori, but in actual fact have begun to share educational and training trajectories owing to the globalization and standardization of general procedures.]]></p></abstract>
