Foram uti lizados os descritores &#8220;Educação Física&#8221;, &#8220;exergames&#8221;, &#8220;videogames&#8221;, &#8220;jogos eletrónicos&#8221; e &#8220;inclusão&#8221;, nas bases de dados eletrónicas MedLine (via PubMed), ERIC, Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Campbell Collaboration e Google Scholar. Foram selecionados 16 artigos originais indexados pelo Qualis Perió dicos (nove em português e sete em inglês), categorizados em exergames e a influência motivadora; exergames e gasto energético; exergames e alunos com deficiência. Os resultados indicaram que o uso dos exergames como interven ção pode ser uma alternativa pedagógica motivadora e ferramenta de aumento do gasto energético na prática de exercícios físicos nas aulas de Educação Física, pois abarcam o movimento corporal conjugado à ludicidade e incitação, sendo bem aceite pelos alunos sem ou com deficiência. Compreende-se que o caráter do divertimento que os exergames apresentam pode ser um dispositivo facilitador. O mundo fantasioso criado pela ludicidade dos jogos digitais, que requerem realização de atividades físicas, possibilita aumentar o gasto energético e colabora na aprendizagem e desenvolvimento motor.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This integrative literature review aimed to analyse exergames as a possibility of motivating pedagogical resource for increasing the practice of physical exercises and energy expenditure in Physical Education classes. The descriptors &#8220;Physical Education&#8221;, &#8220;exergames&#8221;, &#8220;videogames&#8221;, &#8220;electronic games&#8221;, and &#8220;inclusion&#8221; were used in the electronic databases MedLine (via PubMed), ERIC, Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Campbell Collaboration, and Google Scholar. Sixteen original articles were selected, indexed by Qualis Periódicos (nine in Portuguese and seven in English), categorized in exergames and the motivating influence; exergames and energy expenditure; exergames and students with disabilities. The results indicated that the use of exergames as an intervention can be a motivating pedagogical alternative and a tool for increasing energy expenditure in the practice of physical exercises in Physical Education classes, as they encompass body movement combined with playfulness and incitement, being well accepted by students with or without disabilities. It is understood that the character of the fun that the exergames present can be a facilitating device. The fanciful world created by the playfulness of digital games, which require physical activity, makes it possible to increase energy expenditure and collaborate in learning and motor development.]]></p></abstract>

Los descriptores &#8220;Educación Física&#8221;, &#8220;ejercicio&#8221;, &#8220;videojuegos&#8221;, &#8220;juegos electrónicos&#8221;, &#8220;inclusión&#8221; se utilizaron en las bases de datos electrónicas MedLine (via PubMed), ERIC, Scopus, SciELO, Redalyc, Campbell Collaboration y Google Scholar. Se incluyeron 16 artículos originales, indexados por Qualis Periódicos (nueve en portugués y siete en inglés), categorizados en juegos de ejercicios y la influencia motivadora; juegos de ejercicios y gasto energético; juegos de ejercicios y estudiantes con discapacidades. Los resultados indicaron que el uso de juegos de ejercicios como intervención puede ser una alternativa pedagógica motivadora y una herramienta para incrementar el gasto energético en la práctica de ejercicios físicos en las clases de Educación Física, ya que engloban el movimiento corporal combinado con la alegría y la incitación, siendo bien aceptado por estudiantes sin o con discapacidades. Se entiende que el carácter divertido que presentan los juegos de ejercicios puede ser un dispositivo facilitador. El mundo fantasioso creado por la alegría de los juegos digitales, que requieren actividad física, permite aumentar el gasto energético y colaborar en el aprendizaje y el desarrollo motor.]]></p></abstract>
