Sendo assim, a questão que nos move é: quais os efeitos da experiência no processo de formação? Atualmente, muito se fala sobre experiência e formação, e advém desse contexto a necessidade de tecermos um olhar cuidadoso acerca das nuances que estão compondo esses conceitos, sobretudo no campo da Educação. Para isso, desenvolvemos um estudo de natureza qualitativa, que tem como aporte metodológico a pesquisa bibliográfica. Neste prisma, ao buscarmos criar um mapa teórico visitando tradições distintas, compomos o referencial que embasa esta pesquisa, instrumentalizando-nos com a leitura de: Gallo, Heidegger, Hermann, Kneller, Kuhn, Trevisan e, principalmente, Dewey e Gadamer. Dessa forma, apresentamos como resultado a compreensão de que, seja um acontecimento extraordinário ou algo simples, experiência é tudo aquilo que altera o modo de pensar e/ou agir do sujeito, passando a constituí-lo de modo diferente, portanto, a formá-lo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article aims to investigate the concept of experience in the philosophy of Dewey and Gadamer, as well as its implications for formation. Therefore, the question that moves us is: what are the effects of experience on the formation process? Currently, much is said about experience and formation, and from this context comes the need to take a careful look at the elements that are composing these concepts, especially in the field of Education. This is a qualitative study, whose methodological support is the bibliographic research. In this sense, when we seek to create a theoretical map visiting different traditions, we compose the framework that underlies this research, instrumentalizing us with the reading of: Gallo, Heidegger, Hermann, Kneller, Kuhn, Trevisan and, especially, Dewey and Gadamer. Thus, we present as a result the understanding that, be it an extraordinary event or something simple, experience is everything that changes the way of thinking and/or acting of the subject, starting to constitute it differently, therefore forming it.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este artículo tiene como objetivo investigar el concepto de experiencia en la filosofía de Dewey y Gadamer, así como sus implicaciones para la formación. Por lo tanto, la pregunta que nos mueve es: ¿cuáles son los efectos de la experiencia en el proceso de formación? Actualmente, se habla mucho de la experiencia, de la formación y, en este contexto, surge la necesidad de analizar los matices que componen estos conceptos, especialmente en el campo de la Educación. Para ello, desarrollamos un estudio de naturaleza cualitativa, cuyo soporte metodológico es la investigación bibliográfica. Bajo este prisma, cuando buscamos crear un mapa teórico visitando diferentes tradiciones, componemos el marco referencial en el cual está basada la presente investigación, instrumentalizándonos con la lectura de: Gallo, Heidegger, Hermann, Kneller, Kuhn, Trevisan y, especialmente, Dewey y Gadamer. De esta forma, presentamos como resultado la comprensión de que, sea un evento extraordinario o algo simple, la experiencia es todo lo que cambia la forma de pensar y/o actuar del sujeto, comenzando a constituirlo de manera diferente, formándolo.]]></p></abstract>
