Os encontros ocorreram quinzenalmente, entre os meses de março e dezembro do ano de 2019, e contaram com a participação de 12 psicólogas escolares da Paraíba, um estado do Nordeste brasileiro. O curso objetiva assessorar e acompanhar as atividades das profissionais e favorecer a apropriação de ferramentas teóricas, metodológicas e técnicas para o contexto escolar educacional. As reuniões foram mediadas por textos sobre a psicologia escolar e elementos estéticos. Os encontros foram registrados em atas que continham os relatos das participantes sobre os impactos do aprofundamento ético, teórico, metodológico e técnico em suas práticas. Ao final do curso, verificou-se: a construção colaborativa de processos de ação-reflexão-ação no desenvolvimento de atividades; o reconhecimento do protagonismo e do valor do saber e das estratégias utilizadas pelas profissionais em seu cotidiano institucional; e a motivação para dar seguimento à formação continuada.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract An experience report of an Extension Course in continuing education aimed at school psychologists working in public education contexts is presented, and its impacts on professional performance are discussed. The course took place fortnightly, from March to December of 2019, and were attended by 12 psychologists from Paraíba, a northeastern Brazilian state. The course aims to advise and monitor the activities of the professionals and to favor the appropriation of theoretical, methodological and technical tools for the educational school context. The meetings were mediated by texts on school psychology and aesthetic elements and were recorded in minutes containing the participants' reports on the impacts of ethical, theoretical, methodological and technical deepening in their practices. At the end of the course, there was: a collaborative construction of action-reflection-action processes in the development of activities; the recognition of the protagonism and value of knowledge and of the strategies used by professionals in their institutional daily life; and the motivation to carry on with continuing education.]]></p></abstract>

Las reuniones del curso tuvieron lugar quincenalmente, de marzo a diciembre de 2019, y contaron con la participación de 12 psicólogas de Paraíba, un estado del nordeste de Brasil. El curso tiene como objetivo asesorar y monitorear la actividad de los profesionales y favorecer la apropiación de herramientas teóricas, metodológicas y técnicas para el contexto educativo escolar.
