Participaram 452 docentes de diferentes etapas de ensino e regiões do país. A média de idade foi de 41 anos e 7 meses (DP = 10,2), variando de 18 a 66 anos, com predominância do gênero feminino (77,9%). Os resultados da AFC indicaram a presença das quatro dimensões, conforme mencionado na literatura científica, com índices de consistência interna considerados aceitáveis e bons índices de ajuste do instrumento. Foram encontradas correlações positivas e negativas entre os fatores, todas significativas. Por fim, os professores se mostraram mais motivados autonomamente. Os resultados evidenciam importantes contribuições à área psicoeducacional, com bons indicadores psicométricos do instrumento para avaliação do construto motivacional relacionado ao trabalho docente.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aimed to estimate validity indicators based on the internal structure and accuracy of The Work Tasks Motivation Scale for Teacher by using a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The study was attended by 452 teachers from different stages, educational institutions, and regions of Brazil. The results from CFA indicated the presence of the four motivational dimensions, as reported in the scientific literature, with internal consistency indices considered acceptable and good fit indices for the instrument. There were significant correlations between the factors, both positive and negative. Finally, teachers proved to be more autonomously motivated. The results highlight important contributions to the psychoeducational area, with well-developed psychometric indicators of the instrument for the evaluation of the motivational construct related to the teaching work.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Este estudio tuvo como objetivo estimar los indicadores de validez basados en la estructura interna y la precisión de la Escala de Motivación Laboral Docente, mediante un Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio (AFC). Participaron del estudio 452 docentes de diferentes etapas, instituciones educativas y regiones de Brasil. Los resultados del AFC indicaron la presencia de las cuatro dimensiones motivacionales, según la literatura científica, con índices de consistencia interna considerados aceptables y buenos índices de ajuste del instrumento. Se encontraron correlaciones positivas y negativas entre los factores, todas ellas significativas. Por último, los profesores se mostraron más motivados de forma autónoma.
