It has been concluded that the percentage inhibition increases with increasing the concentration of the inhibitor. The adsorption of TBAI on mild steel surface in 1 N H2SO4 obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm; surface analysis and IR studies are also carried out to establish the mechanism of corrosion inhibition.]]></p></abstract>
