Neste artigo, apresenta-se uma abordagem sociológica que aponta possíveis respostas a esta questão. Partindo da problematização do trabalho como central na vida humana, a pesquisa identifica e relaciona fatores de significado valorizados no trabalho e na vida, na população considerada. Os resultados são analisados num modelo de conexão profissional. Reflete-se sobre a relevância do alinhamento em fatores de significado valorizados, para a realização humana.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT What are the factors recognized by Portuguese business leaders for a meaningful work? In this article a sociological approach is presented that points out possible answers to this question. Starting from the problematization of work as central to human life, the research identifies and relates factors of meaning valued at work and in life, in the population considered. The results are analyzed in a professional connection model. It is proposed the reflection on the relevance of alignment in valued meaning factors, for human fulfillment.]]></p></abstract>

Dans cet article, une approche sociologique est présentée qui indique réponses possibles à cette question. Partant de la problématisation du travail comme élément central de la vie humaine, la recherche identifie et met en relation les facteurs de signification valorisés au travail et dans la vie, dans la population considérée. Les résultats sont analysés dans un modèle de connexion professionnel. Il réfléchit sur la pertinence de l'alignement en facteurs de signification valorisés, pour la réalisation humaine.]]></p></abstract>
