É difícil atrair e reter enfermeiros qualificados para estes contextos. Importa os enfermeiros supervisores deterem competências em enfermagem gerontogeriátrica, com o intuito de serem uma influência positiva para os estudantes de enfermagem.  Objetivo: Analisar os fatores que influenciam as práticas de supervisão de estudantes de enfermagem, em ensino clínico, em lares de idosos, de forma a contribuir para a melhoria da qualidade das práticas de supervisão nestes ambientes.  Métodos:  Revisão integrativa da literatura, realizada no agregador de conteúdos da Biblioteca Virtual da Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto e na base de dados Trip Medical Database, numa estratégia temporal entre 2014 e outubro de 2021. Os dados foram extraídos com auxílio de uma tabela, realizando-se uma análise crítica do conteúdo.  Resultados:  Dos 53 artigos identificados, foram incluídos nesta revisão 9 estudos. Da síntese dos dados, emergiram os seguintes fatores: as características do estudante, o contexto ensino-aprendizagem, a relação supervisiva e o planeamento do ensino clínico.  Conclusão:  Importa maximizar as experiências de aprendizagem nestes contextos, pelo reconhecido potencial destes ambientes na formação inicial dos estudantes, com vista a atrair pessoal qualificado para este sector.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Introduction: The global demographic aging will determine an increasing number of people with long-term care needs, particularly in nursing homes. It's hard and re contextters for these. It is important for nurses' supervisors to have competences in gerontogeriatric nursing, to be a positive influence on nursing students.  Objective: To analyze the teaching factors, the teaching practices of clinical teaching in relatives of the elderly to contribute to the improvement of the quality of supervision practices in these environments.  Methods: An integrative literature review, carried out in the content aggregator of the Virtual Library of the Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto and in the Trip Medical Database, in a temporal strategy between 2014 and October 2021. Data were extracted using a table, which helped in the content analysis.  Results: Of the 53 articles identified, 9 studies were included in this review. From the data synthesis, the following factors emerged: the student's characteristics, the teaching-learning context, the supervisory relationship and the clinical teaching equipment.  Conclusion: Initial training is maximized as learning experiences in this sector, due to the recognized potential of these environments, with a view to a personal description of the qualified contexts for this sector.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen  Introducción: El envejecimiento demográfico global determinará un número creciente de personas con necesidades de cuidados de larga duración, particularmente en Hogares de Ancianos. Es difícil y recontextualizadores para estos. Es importante que los supervisores de enfermeros tengan competencias en enfermería gerontogeriátrica, a fin de ser una influencia positiva en los estudiantes de enfermería.  Objetivo:  Analizar los factores docentes, las prácticas docentes de docencia clínica en familiares de ancianos para contribuir a la mejora de la calidad de las prácticas de supervisión en estos entornos.  Métodos: Revisión integrativa de la literatura, realizada en el agregador de contenidos de la Biblioteca Virtual de la Escola Superior de Enfermagem do Porto y en la base de datos Trip Medical, en una estrategia temporal entre 2014 y octubre de 2021. Los datos se extrajeron mediante una tabla, que ayudó en el análisis de contenido.  Resultados: De los 53 artículos identificados, 9 estudios fueron incluidos en esta revisión. De la síntesis de los datos surgieron los siguientes factores: las características del estudiante, el contexto de enseñanza-aprendizaje, la relación de supervisión y el equipamiento clínico docente.
