Objetivo: Descrever o processo de construção e validação de uma tecnologia instrucional sobre a Golden hour, na modalidade produção audiovisual do gênero documentário.  Métodos:  Trata-se de estudo de desenvolvimento tecnológico, na modalidade produção audiovisual do gênero documentário, conduzido entre março e outubro de 2021, em duas etapas: produção do documentário e validação de conteúdo e de aparência da produção audiovisual.  Resultados:  Participaram do processo de validação, 21 especialistas que, após apreciarem o documentário na íntegra, responderam a um instrumento organizado em 15 itens e três categorias: Objetivos, estrutura/aparência e relevância. Os itens relacionados à estrutura/aparência foram os que apresentaram maior número de sugestões. O documentário foi aprovado com índice de validade acima de 80% e intitulado: &#8220;Hora Ouro: semente de esperança&#8221;.  Conclusão:  O documentário validado a partir de seus objetivos, estrutura/aparência e relevância foi considerado um recurso educativo promissor tanto no processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos estudantes da área da saúde, quanto no processo de educação permanente em saúde. A sua estrutura/aparência é capaz de induzir à reflexão crítica e fomentar a ressignificação da prática profissional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Introduction:  The Golden Hour of neonatal life highlights, similar to the first hour of trauma management in adults, the relevance of the maternal-infant bond in the first 60 minutes of postnatal life.  Objetive: To describe the construction and validation process of an instructional technology about Golden hour, in the audiovisual production modality of the documentary genre.  Methods:  This is a technological development study, in the form of audiovisual production of the documentary genre, conducted between March and October 2021, in two stages: production of the documentary and validation of content and appearance of the audiovisual production.  Results:  Twenty-one specialists participated in the validation process, who, after fully appreciating the documentary, answered an instrument organised into 15 items and three categories: Objectives, structure/appearance and relevance. The items related to structure/appearance presented the highest number of suggestions. The documentary was approved with a validity index above 80% and entitled: "Golden Hour: seed of hope".  Conclusion:  The documentary validated based on its objectives, structure/appearance and relevance was considered a promising educational resource both in the teaching and learning process of health students and in the process of continuing education in health. Its structure/appearance is capable of inducing critical reflection and fostering the re-signification of professional practice.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen  Introducción:  La Hora Dorada de la vida neonatal destaca, al igual que la primera hora de gestión del trauma en adultos, la relevancia del vínculo materno-infantil en los primeros 60 minutos de vida  Objetivo:  Describir el proceso de construcción y validación de una tecnología instruccional sobre Golden hour, en la modalidad de producción audiovisual del género documental.  Métodos:  Se trata de un estudio de desarrollo tecnológico, en la modalidad de producción audiovisual del género documental, realizado entre marzo y octubre de 2021, en dos etapas: producción del documental y validación de contenido y apariencia de la producción audiovisual.  Resultados:  En el proceso de validación participaron 21 especialistas que, tras apreciar el documental en su totalidad, respondieron a un instrumento organizado en 15 ítems y tres categorías: Objetivos, estructura/apariencia y relevancia. Los ítems relacionados con la estructura/apariencia presentaron el mayor número de sugerencias. El documental fue aprobado con un índice de validez superior al 80% y se tituló: "Golden Hour: semilla de esperanza".  Conclusión:  El documental validado en función de sus objetivos, estructura/apariencia y relevancia fue considerado un recurso educativo prometedor tanto en el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje de los estudiantes de salud como en el proceso de formación continuada en salud. Su estructura/apariencia es capaz de inducir a la reflexión crítica y fomentar la resignificación de la práctica profesional.]]></p></abstract>
