Este é um dos fatores mais importantes para determinar o sucesso de uma unidade de saúde.  Objetivo: Determinar o nível de satisfação da pessoa que utiliza a unidade de técnicas endoscópicas e verificar quais os fatores que interferem na satisfação da pessoa com patologia do foro gastroenterológico.  Métodos:  Estudo quantitativo, transversal, descritivo analítico-correlacional, cujos dados foram obtidos numa amostra de 200 utentes selecionada por conveniência, com patologia do foro gastroenterológico assistidos numa unidade de técnicas endoscópicas. Aplicou-se o &#8220;Instrumento de Avaliação da Qualidade Hospitalar - Hospital de Dia (IAQH -HD)&#8221;(Carvalho, 2014).  Resultados:  A amostra é maioritariamente do género feminino (57,5%), com média de idade de 58,93 anos±14,77 anos. Os resultados revelaram que o índice de qualidade global percecionada foi de &#8220;Satisfeitos&#8221; (60,5%), &#8220;Muito Satisfeitos&#8221; (27,5%) e &#8220;Nada Satisfeitos&#8221; (10%). Das 11 dimensões avaliadas, os utentes demonstraram-se &#8220;Muito satisfeitos&#8221; em relação à dimensão &#8220;Enfermeiros&#8221; (49,5%). Observou-se uma percentagem expressiva de utentes &#8220;Nada satisfeitos&#8221; em relação à dimensão &#8220;Condições estadia&#8221; (83,0%).  Conclusão:  Constatou-se que o género, a idade, grau de ensino e a situação profissional foram variáveis sociodemográficas com interferência em algumas dimensões na satisfação dos utentes da amostra estudada. Identificaram-se várias áreas prioritárias de intervenção de forma maximizar a satisfação dos utentes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Introduction:  Improving healthcare has become a priority for all healthcare institutions to achieve a high degree of user satisfaction. This is one of the most important factors in determining the success of a healthcare facility.  Objective:  To determine the level of satisfaction of the person who uses the endoscopic technique unit and verify which factors interfere with the satisfaction of the person with gastroenterological pathology.  Methods: Quantitative, cross-sectional, analytical-correlational descriptive study, whose data were obtained from a sample of 200 users selected for convenience, with gastroenterological pathology assisted in an endoscopic technique unit. The &#8220;Hospital Quality Assessment Instrument - &#8203;&#8203;Day Hospital (IAQH -HD)&#8221; was applied (Carvalho, 2014).  Results:  The sample is mostly female (57.5%), with an average age of 58.93 years ± 14.77 years. The results revealed that the overall perceived quality index was &#8220;Satisfied&#8221; (60.5%), &#8220;Very Satisfied&#8221; (27.5%), and &#8220;Not Satisfied&#8221; (10%). Of the 11 dimensions evaluated, users were &#8220;Very satisfied&#8221; in relation to the &#8220;Nurses&#8221; dimension (49.5%). A significant percentage of users were &#8220;Not at all satisfied&#8221; in relation to the &#8220;Staying Conditions&#8221; dimension (83.0%).  Conclusion:  It was found that gender, age, level of education, and professional status were sociodemographic variables that interfered with some dimensions of users' satisfaction in the studied sample. Several priority areas of intervention were identified to maximize user satisfaction.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen  Introducción:  Mejorar la asistencia sanitaria se ha convertido en una prioridad para todas las instituciones sanitarias con el objetivo de conseguir un alto grado de satisfacción de los usuarios. Este es uno de los factores más importantes para determinar el éxito de un centro de atención médica.  Objetivo:  Determinar el nivel de satisfacción de la persona que utiliza la unidad de técnica endoscópica y verificar qué factores interfieren en la satisfacción de la persona con patología gastroenterológica.  Métodos:  Estudio descriptivo cuantitativo, transversal, analítico-correlacional, cuyos datos se obtuvieron de una muestra de 200 usuarios seleccionados por conveniencia, con patología gastroenterológica atendidos en una unidad de técnicas endoscópicas. Se aplicó el &#8220;Instrumento de Evaluación de la Calidad Hospitalaria - Hospital de Día (IAQH -HD)&#8221; (Carvalho, 2014).  Resultados:  La muestra es mayoritariamente femenina (57,5%), con una edad media de 58,93 años ± 14,77 años. Los resultados revelaron que el índice general de calidad percibida fue &#8220;Satisfecho&#8221; (60,5%), &#8220;Muy Satisfecho&#8221; (27,5%) y &#8220;No Satisfecho&#8221; (10%). De las 11 dimensiones evaluadas, los usuarios se mostraron &#8220;Muy satisfechos&#8221; en relación a la dimensión &#8220;Enfermeros&#8221; (49,5%). Hubo un porcentaje importante de usuarios que se mostraron &#8220;Nada satisfechos&#8221; en relación a la dimensión &#8220;Condiciones de permanencia&#8221; (83,0%).  Conclusión:  Se encontró que el género, la edad, el nivel de educación y la situación profesional fueron variables sociodemográficas que interfirieron en algunas dimensiones en la satisfacción de los usuarios de la muestra estudiada. Se identificaron varias áreas prioritarias de intervención para maximizar la satisfacción de los usuarios.]]></p></abstract>
