Resumo
Planos de acção para a sociedade da informação e do conhecimento: mudança tecnológica e ajustamento estrutural
Este artigo propõe-se analisar a construção de “sociedades da informação e do conhecimento” no âmbito do processo de mudança estrutural das sociedades contemporâneas. Nele são elencados os contributos teóricos mais relevantes para a análise do processo e delineado o modelo de análise das dimensões fundamentais da sua estruturação política, trabalho realizado a partir da análise dos documentos programáticos geralmente designados como “planos de acção para a sociedade da informação”.

Abstract
Action plans for the information and knowledge society: technological change and structural adjustment
]]> This article intends to analyze the construction of “information and knowledge societies” within the process of structural change in contemporary societies. It documents the theoretical contributions that are most important in analyzing the process and defines the model for examining the basic dimensions of its political structuring. This work was carried out on the basis of program documents generally termed “Action Plans for the Information Society”.Key-words Information society, technological information, internet.

Cet article se propose d’analyser la constrution des “sociétés de l’information et de la connaissance” dans le cadre du processus de changement struturel des sociétés contemporaines. Il cite les principales contributions théoriques à l’analyse du processus et délimite le modèle d’analyse des dimensions fondamentales de sa structuration politique. Un travail réalisé à partir de l’analyse des documents programmatiques généralement appelés “plans d’actions pour la société d’information”.

Planos de acción para la sociedad de la información y del conocimiento: cambio tecnológico y reajuste estructural
Este artículo se propone analizar la construcción de “sociedades de la información y del conocimiento”, en el ámbito del proceso de cambio estructural de las sociedades contemporáneas. Se catalogan las aportaciones teóricas mas destacadas para el análisis del proceso y se perfila el modelo de análisis de las dimensiones fundamentales de su estructura política. El trabajo se realiza partiendo del análisis de los documentos programáticos, generalmente designados como “planos de acción para la sociedad de la información”.
