A par das mudanças experienciadas por uma parte significativa dos/as trabalhadores/as, os resultados evidenciam também um padrão de permanência tanto nos regimes de trabalho, como na distribuição das responsabilidades familiares, o que permite debater as visões da pandemia como potencialmente transformadora dos modelos habituais de vida e de trabalho.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Based on the results of a survey applied to 2375 workers from local public administration in the Cávado Intermunicipal Community, this article discusses the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on work organisation and its relationship with work-life balance. Along with the changes experienced by a significant part of the workers, the results also show a pattern of permanence both in work arrangements and in the distribution of family responsibilities, which enables us to discuss the views of the pandemic as potentially transformative of the usual models of life and work.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé À partir des résultats d&#8217;une enquête conduite auprès de 2375 travailleurs de l&#8217;administration publique locale de la Communauté intercommunale de Cávado, cet article examine les effets de la pandémie de covid-19 sur l&#8217;organisation du travail et sa relation avec l&#8217;équilibre entre la vie professionnelle et la vie privée. En plus des changements vécus par une grande partie des travailleurs, les résultats montrent également un modèle de permanence à la fois dans les arrangements de travail et dans la répartition des responsabilités familiales, ce qui nous permet de discuter des vues de la pandémie comme potentiellement transformatrice des modèles habituels de vie et de travail.]]></p></abstract>
