Discursos sobre movimentos de mulheres, feminismo, género e mulher, de uma forma geral associados aos palcos das decisões, às mesas do poder e aos meandros políticos, são localmente propostos como sistemas cosmológicos de parâmetros de estruturação da sociedade, propondo uma teoria e prática glocal, num contexto enfraquecido pela sua condição de país em vias de desenvolvimento. Com o pretexto de pensar o processo de emancipação da mulher moçambicana a partir da cultura do silenciamento da trajetória da moçambicana Joana Semião, neste artigo, o objetivo é compreender a &#8220;representação&#8221; da ausência da mulher na sociedade moçambicana no contexto dos fantasmas do homo &#630;conomicus e homo politicus.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Global trends in neoliberalism have left Mozambique (more) exposed to the jargon, the theoretical currents and the practices of dominant ideologies. Discourses about women's movements, feminism, gender and women, in general associated with places of decision-making, with power, and political intricacies, are presented at the local level as cosmological systems of parameters for structuring society, proposing a glocal theory and practice, in a context weakened by its condition as a developing country. With the pretext of thinking about the process of emancipation of Mozambican women, based on the culture of silencing the trajectory of the Mozambican Joana Semião, this article aims to understand the 'representation' of the absence of women in Mozambican society, in the context of homo &#630;conomicus and homo politicus ghosts.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Las tendencias mundiales del neoliberalismo han expuesto (más) a Mozambique a la jerga, corrientes teóricas y prácticas de las ideologías dominantes. Los discursos sobre los movimientos de mujeres, feminismo, género y mujeres, en general asociados a los escenarios de decisión, a las mesas de poder y a los meandros políticos, se proponen localmente como sistemas cosmológicos de parámetros para estructurar la sociedad, proponiendo una teoría y una práctica glocal, en un contexto debilitado por su condición de país en desarrollo. Con el pretexto de pensar el proceso de emancipación de la mujer mozambiqueña desde la cultura de silenciar la trayectoria de la mozambiqueña Joana Semião, en este artículo se pretende comprender la "representación" de la ausencia de la mujer en la sociedad mozambiqueña en el contexto de los fantasmas de homo &#630;conomicus y homo politicus.]]></p></abstract>
