Este artigo apresenta e reflete sobre a estratégia adotada numa universidade portuguesa, no âmbito de um projeto financiado pela CE - o projeto CHANGE -, para aumentar a presença de mulheres em cargos de decisão/gestão intermédia. Os resultados obtidos evidenciam o potencial do projeto para estimular práticas quotidianas transformadoras, capazes de espoletar o aumento da representatividade feminina nesses cargos num curto espaço de tempo e sem necessidade de efetuar alterações regulamentares.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract To promote gender equality, the European Commission (EC), among other initiatives, has been funding action-research projects aimed at implementing gender equality plans in higher education institutions. This paper presents and reflects on the strategy adopted in a Portuguese university, within the scope of an EC funded project - the CHANGE project - to increase the presence of women in middle management positions. The results show the potential of the project to simulate transformative daily practices, capable of triggering an increase in female representation in these positions in a short period of time and without the need for regulatory changes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Afin de promouvoir l'égalité entre les hommes et les femmes, la Commission européenne a, entre autres initiatives, financé des projets de recherche-action visant à mettre en &#339;uvre des plans d'égalité dans les établissements d'enseignement supérieur. Cet article présente et réfléchi sur la stratégie adoptée dans une université portugaise, dans le cadre d'un projet financé par la CE - le projet CHANGE - pour augmenter la présence de femmes dans les postes de management intermédiaire. Les résultats obtenus montrent le potentiel du projet à stimuler des pratiques quotidiennes transformatrices, capables de déclencher une augmentation de la représentation féminine à ces postes dans un court laps de temps et sans qu'il soit nécessaire de modifier la réglementation.]]></p></abstract>
