Na Universidade de Évora, participaram 30 professores e 36 professoras e na Universidade de Sevilha, 20 professores e 23 professoras. É um estudo quantitativo descritivo. O instrumento aplicado é um questionário com escala tipo Likert. Os resultados gerais mostram que a grande maioria dos/as docentes percebe o clima de género apropriado nas duas instituições. Os e as docentes de Évora percebem uma situação de desigualdade maior do que os/as docentes de Sevilha. Os resultados por item refletem diferenças entre as universidades.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El objetivo general de este estudio fue conocer las opiniones del profesorado universitario en relación con los desequilibrios de género existentes en las universidades públicas de Évora (Portugal) y de Sevilla (España). En la Universidad de Évora, participaron 30 profesores y 36 profesoras y en la Universidad de Sevilla, 20 profesores y 23 profesoras. Se trata de un estudio cuantitativo descriptivo. El instrumento que se aplica es un cuestionario en la escala tipo Likert. Los resultados generales muestran que gran mayoría del profesorado percibe que el Clima de género adecuado en ambas instituciones. El profesorado de Évora percibe una mayor situación de desigualdad que el profesorado de Sevilla. Los resultados por ítem reflejan diferencias entre universidades.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The general objective of this study was to know the opinions of high university teachers regarding gender imbalances in public universities in Évora (Portugal) and Seville (Spain). At the University of Évora, 30 male teachers and 36 teachers participated and at the University of Seville, 20 male teachers and 23 female teachers. It is a descriptive quantitative study. The instrument that is applied is a questionnaire in Likert scale. The general results show that the vast majority of teachers perceive that the appropriate gender climate in both institutions. The teachers of Évora, perceive a greater situation of inequality than the teachers of Seville. The results per item reflect differences between universities.]]></p></abstract>
