Para tal, será dada ênfase a elementos materiais como o corpo, particularmente o corpo feminino, uma vez que se trata do veículo através do qual seria dançado o kilêlê, uma extinta dança tradicional de São Tomé e Príncipe. Partindo de um panorama teórico inserido nos Estudos de Género e nos Estudos Feministas (Butler, 2017; Lugones, 2008; Vergès, 2023), tentaremos situar uma identidade que, nos poemas de Olinda Beja, se assume, ao mesmo tempo, decolonial e interseccional (Silva, 2018).]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: This article aims to explore the process of identity development in the poetry book Kilêlê: A Dança Sagrada do Falcão (2021), from Santomean author Olinda Beja. For that purpose, we will highlight material elements such as the body, particularly the feminine body, as it is the main vehicle from which it would be danced kilêlê, an extinct traditional dance from São Tomé and Príncipe. Anchored in a theoretical panorama composed of Gender and Feminist Studies (Butler, 2017; Lugones, 2008; Vergès, 2023), we will try to situate an identity that, in Olinda Beja&#8217;s poems, assumes to be both decolonial and intersectional (Silva, 2018).]]></p></abstract>
