De delineamento transversal, uma amostra de adolescentes, responderam de forma online o Questionário de Comportamento do Adolescente Catarinense e o Inventário de Depressão de Beck-Segunda Edição. Para comparar proporções utilizou-se o teste Qui-quadrado (&#967;2) e para encontrar os fatores associados a autopercepção de saúde a Regressão de Poisson. Realizou-se as análises no software SPSS. Participaram 157 adolescentes, a maioria do sexo feminino (66,7%), com média de idade 15,91 anos (DP=0,8). A sintomatologia depressiva foi encontrada em 55,8% dos adolescentes, a prevalência em meninas foi significativamente superior à prevalência nos meninos (65,7% vs 36,5%, p&lt;0,05). Houve prevalência de 66,0% de autopercepção de saúde positiva em adolescentes. Adolescentes que dormiam bem às vezes (RP= 2,8; IC95%: 1,5 - 5,3), quase nunca ou nunca (RP= 3,6; IC95%:1,9 - 7,0; p=0,001) apresentaram maior razão de prevalência da autopercepção de saúde negativa quando comparadas aos adolescentes que dormiam bem sempre ou quase sempre. Adolescentes que possuíam sintomatologia depressiva apresentaram razão de prevalência (RP= 1,9; IC95%:1,0 - 3,5; p=0,024) maior de autopercepção de saúde negativa quando comparadas aos adolescentes sem sintomatologia depressiva. Conclui-se que a autopercepção de saúde associou-se ao sono e sintomatologia depressiva em adolescentes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The objective was to verify the prevalence of self-perceived health in adolescents and sociodemographic, behavioral factors and associated health aspects during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using cross-sectional design, a sample of adolescents answered the Adolescent Behavior Questionnaire of Santa Catarina and the Beck Depression Inventory-Second Edition online. To compare proportions, the Chi-square test (&#967;2) was used and to find the factors associated with self-perception of health, the Poisson Regression. Analyzes were performed in SPSS software. A total of 157 adolescents participated, most of them female (66.7%), with mean age of 15.91 years (SD=0.8). Depressive symptoms were found in 55.8% of the adolescents, the prevalence in girls was significantly higher than in the boys (65.7% vs 36.5%, p&lt;0.05). There was a prevalence of 66.0% of positive self-perception of health in adolescents. Adolescents who slept well sometimes (PR= 2.8, 95%CI:1.5 - 5.3), almost never or never (PR=3.6, 95%CI:1.9 - 7.0, p=0.001) had a higher prevalence ratio of negative self-perception of health when compared to adolescents who always or almost always slept well. Adolescents who had depressive symptoms had a higher prevalence ratio (PR= 1.9, 95%CI:1.0 - 3.5, p=0.024) of negative self-perception when compared to adolescents without depressive symptoms It was concluded that self-perception of health was associated with sleep and depressive symptoms in adolescents.]]></p></abstract>
