Trata-se de um processo complexo sujeito às contingências de localização das subsidiárias. Estudamos este fenómeno no ambiente moçambicano através do estudo de três casos bem sucedidos no sector industrial. Os resultados obtidos das entrevistas com gestores de topo portugueses revelam um padrão operacional seguido pelas empresas onde é fundamental estabelecer uma relação de confiança entre as pessoas nas acções de formação no local de trabalho mediante a adaptação das práticas ao contexto local por forma a que os moçambicanos entendam o conhecimento transferido e incorporem-no nas actividades de exploração com ganhos de competitividade da subsidiária.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[The transfer of knowledge within the MNCs constitutes a competitive advantage due to the global competitiveness. It is a complex process subject to the contingencies of the subsidiaries localization. In this article, we study three cases in Mozambique. The results show a pattern followed by the Portuguese companies. According to the interviewees the establishment of a relationship based on trust is fundamental, in order the subsidiaries be able to incorporate the transferred knowledge on their activities.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[La transferencia de conocimiento dentro de la ETN’S es una ventaja competitiva local a la competência mundial. Este es un proceso complejo sujeto a las contingencias de la ubicación de las filiales. Hemos estudiado este fenómeno en el medio ambiente de Mozambique a través del estudio de tres casos de éxito en el sector industrial. Los resultados de las entrevistas con altos directivos portugueses muestran un patrón seguido por las empresas operadoras en el que es vital para establecer una relación de confianza entre las personas en la formación en el lugar de trabajo mediante la adaptación de prácticas para el contexto local para que los mozambiqueños comprendan la transferencia de conocimiento y puedan incorporarlo en las actividades de exploración con mejoras en la competitividad de la filial.]]></p></abstract>

Estudamos este fen&oacute;meno    no ambiente mo&ccedil;ambicano atrav&eacute;s do estudo de tr&ecirc;s casos    bem sucedidos no sector industrial.
