Um estudo sobre as conseq&uuml;&ecirc;ncias    de um Programa de Avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o centrado em testes padronizados no    Estado do Paran&aacute; </b></p>     <p>Orienta&ccedil;&atilde;o: Prof. Doutor Jos&eacute; B. Duarte </p>     <p>Este estudo analisou as concep&ccedil;&otilde;es dos docentes das escolas p&uacute;blicas    Estaduais do Estado do Paran&aacute; a respeito dos objectivos da Avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o    do Rendimento Escolar AVA/PR-2002 e de suas implica&ccedil;&otilde;es para a    pr&aacute;tica pedag&oacute;gica. O estudo foi analisado a partir de &#8220;categorias    definidas: Programa de Avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o do Rendimento Escolar AVA/ PR-2002,    Resultados obtidos pela Avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o GO Rendimento Escolar AVA/PR-2002,    A&ccedil;&otilde;es pedag&oacute;gicas propostas ap&oacute;s a divulga&ccedil;&atilde;o    dos resultados do AVA/PR-2002 e significado dos testes padronizados do AVA/    PR-2002&#8221;. A metodologia para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa foi de cunho    qualitativo, em fun&ccedil;&atilde;o do problema que se investigou e das quest&otilde;es    e objectivos que orientaram a investiga&ccedil;&atilde;o. Os pressupostos que    - orientaram a op&ccedil;&atilde;o pela pesquisa qualitativa prenderam- se ao    fato de que o estudo fundamentalmente consiste em uma investiga&ccedil;&atilde;o    de car&aacute;cter descritivo, atrav&eacute;s do registro de dados colectados    durante o processo de investiga&ccedil;&atilde;o por meio da pesquisa de campo,    junto &agrave; popula&ccedil;&atilde;o alvo. A pesquisa foi realizada em cinco    escolas p&uacute;blicas estaduais de Ensino Fundamental, localizadas no munic&iacute;pio    de Curitiba - Estado do Paran&aacute;, que apresentaram baixo &iacute;ndice    de desempenho escolar na Avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o do Rendimento Escolar por testes    padronizados AVA/PR-2002. A popula&ccedil;&atilde;o pesquisada constituiu-se    de catorze docentes de 4.a e 8.a s&eacute;ries do Ensino Fundamental e de uma    Directora Geral de uma das escolas pesquisadas. Atrav&eacute;s da an&aacute;lise    dos dados constatou-se que os objectivos da Avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o do Rendimento    Escolar por testes padronizados AVA/PR-2002 n&atilde;o foram cumpridos em sua    totalidade, ou seja, a Secretaria de Estado da Educa&ccedil;&atilde;o (SEED),    &oacute;rg&atilde;o respons&aacute;vel pela aplica&ccedil;&atilde;o da avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o,    n&atilde;o forneceu &agrave;s equipes t&eacute;cnicopedag&oacute;gicas das escolas,    subs&iacute;dios para que disponibilizassem condi&ccedil;&otilde;es de articular    os resultados da avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o com o planeamento escolar; n&atilde;o    capacitou os professores e n&atilde;o estabeleceu metas para que cada escola    promovesse o desenvolvimento da cultura da avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o, a qual deve    estar direccionada para a melhoria da qualidade de ensino do Sistema Educacional.    Consequentemente, n&atilde;o houve altera&ccedil;&otilde;es significativas na    pr&aacute;tica pedag&oacute;gica. Conclui-se com o estudo, que a Avalia&ccedil;&atilde;o    do Rendimento Escolar por testes padronizados contradiz a autonomia da escola,    &eacute; controlada pelo Estado, &eacute; classificat&oacute;ria e visa somente    resultados. </p>     <p>&nbsp;</p>     <p><i>This study is related to state school teachers&#8217; understanding about    the goals of the scholastic yield evaluation in the state of Paran&aacute;,    which is named AVA/PR-2002 programme, and the consequences for pedagogical practice.    The study is based on defined topics: scholastic yield evaluation AVA/PR-2002    programme, results in connection with scholastic yield evaluation AVA/PR-2002,    pedagogical steps - which were proposed after the publication of AVA/PR-2002    results and the real sense of standardized tests of AVA/PR - 2002. The methodology    used for research was bound up with qualitative features in view of the problem    that was investigated as well as the question related to. The reason why the    qualitative research was adopted is that the study is essentially an investigation    of descriptive nature. Such investigation was based on data garnered by means    of statistical research among the target population. The research was carried    out in five state schools, all of which provide elementary education in Curitiba    (State of Paran&aacute;) and performed badly during the scholastic yield evaluation    for standardized AVA/PR-2002 tests. The target population comprises fourteen    teachers of 4th and 8th grades in elementary education as well as one principal    in charge of one researched school. Through the data in reference, it was verified    that the goals of scholastic yield evaluation for AVA/PR-2002 standardized tests    had not been accomplished in their totality, i.e., the SEED-Secretaria de Estado    da Educa&ccedil;&atilde;o, which represents the government body in charge of    the evaluation, has failed to supply pedagogical staff with means to set up    a linkage between the outcome of the evaluation and scholastic plans. In addition,    the Secretaria de Estado da Educa&ccedil;&atilde;o (SEED) has failed to provide    the teachers with training and no goal has been set up in order to encourage    the spirit of evaluation, which should be focused on permanent improvement of    the quality in the educational system. As a result, there was no significant    change in pedagogical practice. The study concluded that the scholastic yield    evaluation by making use of standardized tests in conflicting to school&#8217;s    autonomy, which is controlled by the States. As a matter of fact, the scholastic    yield evaluation aims only for an increase in the statistics for the educational    system. The quality of the educational system has been neglected. </i></p>     <p>&nbsp;</p>      ]]></body>
