Esta mudança tornou-se evidente durante a Primavera Árabe, nas intervenções na Líbia e na Síria, durante a crise da Crimeia, a par do crescente intervencionismo de outras potências em ascensão. Este artigo tem como objetivo fazer uma breve reflexão sobre o conceito de ordem, salientando as principais transformações dos últimos vinte anos, consequência da crise do Iraque de 2003.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The invasion of Iraq in 2003 and the military fatigue it represented for the United States implied a change in Us foreign policy, with an impact on relations with allies, on the definition of priorities and on the liberal international order. This change became evident during the Arab Spring, the interventions in Libya and Syria and during the Cri- mean crisis, and along with the increasing interventionism of other rising powers. This article aims to make a brief reflection on the concept of order, highlighting the main changes in the last twenty years, as a consequence of the 2003 Iraq crisis.]]></p></abstract>
