Este artigo visa proporcionar uma análise preliminar sobre as diferentes perceções relativamente ao conflito que emergiram no Sul Global, e explorar as principais tendências evidenciadas em termos da reação do «resto» do mundo. Em particular, são destacados os impactos no multilateralismo global e regional, as táticas e estratégias de alinhamento adotadas por diferentes países do Sul face ao prolongar do conflito, e a importância acrescida de questões de equidade internacional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been characterized by a sharp division between the West and the so-called Global South. This article aims to provide a preliminary analysis of the different perceptions that have emerged regarding this conflict in the Global South and explore the main trends in the reactions from the &#8216;rest&#8217; of the world. Special attention will be paid to the impacts on global and regional multilateralism, the alignment tactics and strategies adopted in the face of the prolonged conflict, and the renewed importance of issues of international equity are highlighted.]]></p></abstract>
