Busca também identificar elementos do fazer coletivo que remetam à mobilização e à construção de reservas de alternativas. A partir da perspectiva ergológica, o método de pesquisa baseou-se em Encontros sobre o Trabalho, precedidos de análise documental, questionários e entrevistas. Os resultados apontam para exigências e desafios impostos por esse modo de gerenciamento, assim como, para as renormatizações efetuadas na construção de reservas de alternativas, dentre elas, o estabelecimento de redes de sociabilidade. Discute-se ainda sobre como a ausência de regulação estatal e a sofisticada e complexa tecnologia incorporada pelas empresas-plataforma podem contribuir para o aprofundamento do processo de precarização social e exploração dos trabalhadores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este artículo analiza, en una perspectiva situada, las normas antecedentes que afectan el trabajo de los conductores y repartidores que trabajan a través de aplicaciones, con el fin de discutir las implicaciones de estas formas actuales de control y gestión algorítmica del trabajo. También busca identificar elementos de acción colectiva que se refieren a la movilización y construcción de reservas de alternativas. Desde la perspectiva ergológica, el método de investigación se basó en Encuentros del Trabajo, precedido de análisis documental, cuestionarios y entrevistas. Los resultados apuntan a las demandas y desafíos que impone este modo de gestión, así como a las renormatizaciones realizadas en la construcción de reservas de alternativas, entre ellas, el establecimiento de redes de sociabilidad. También se discute cómo la ausencia de regulación estatal y la sofisticada y compleja tecnología incorporada por las empresas de plataforma puede contribuir a profundizar el proceso de inseguridad social y la explotación de los trabajadores.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Cet article analyse, dans une perspective située, les normes antécédentes qui affectent le travail des chauffeurs et des livreurs opérant à travers des applications mobiles, afin de mettre en débat les conséquences de ces formes actuelles de contrôle et de gestion algorithmique du travail. Il cherche également à identifier des éléments d'action collective qui se réfèrent à la mobilisation et à la construction de réserves d'alternatives. Ancrée dans l&#8217;approche ergologique, la méthode de recherche est celle des Groupes de Rencontres du Travail, tout en ayant été précédée d'analyses de documents, de questionnaires et d'entretiens. Les résultats mettent en évidence les exigences et les défis imposés par ce mode de gestion, ainsi que les renormatisations effectuées dans la construction de réserves d'alternatives, parmi lesquelles la mise en place de réseaux de sociabilité. Il examine également comment l'absence de régulation au niveau de l&#8217;Etat et la technologie sophistiquée et complexe incorporée par les entreprises-plateforme contribuent à l'aggravation du processus de précarité sociale et d'exploitation des travailleurs.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This article analyzes, in a situated perspective, the antecedent norms that affect the work of platform drivers and food delivery couriers who work using on-demand apps, in order to discuss the implications of these current forms of control and algorithmic management of work. It also seeks to identify elements of collective action that refer to the mobilization and construction of reserves of alternatives. From the ergological perspective, the research method was based on Meetings about the Work, preceded by documentary analysis, questionnaires, and interviews. The results point to demands and challenges imposed by this management method, as well as to the renormatizations carried out in the construction of reserves of alternatives, and, among them, the establishment of sociability networks. It also discusses how the absence of state regulation, as well as the sophisticated and complex technology incorporated by the platform companies can contribute to deepening the process of social insecurity and exploitation of workers.]]></p></abstract>
