A perspectiva ergológica, com ênfase nas renormatizações e em seus efeitos nas Entidades Coletivas Relativamente Pertinentes (ECRP), foi utilizada para a melhor compreensão de situações narradas pelos trabalhadores. A metodologia adotada fundou-se na realização de entrevistas individuais inspiradas na história oral como gênero de discurso, focadas em fazer com que os trabalhadores contassem as suas experiências de trabalho. Como resultado, observou-se microgestão na renormatização de protocolos, a partir de outros usos das prescrições, de forma a ampliar os serviços via teletrabalho, fato que demandou a formação de novas ECRP.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El objetivo del presente estudio es destacar y analizar cambios en la gestión del trabajo observados en las actividades de trabajadores de una organización pública federal durante la pandemia de COVID-19. La perspectiva ergológica fue usada para mejor comprender las situaciones descritas por los trabajadores, con énfasis tanto en las restandarizaciones como en sus efectos sobre las Entidades Colectivas Relativamente Pertinentes (ECRP). La metodología adoptada se basó en entrevistas individuales inspiradas en la historia oral como género discursivo, enfocadas en que los trabajadores compartieran sus experiencias laborales. Los resultados mostraron microgestión en la restandarización de protocolos basados en otros usos aplicados a las prescripciones para ampliar los servicios prestados durante el teletrabajo, lo que requirió la formación de nuevas ECRP.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé L&#8217;objectif de cette étude est de mettre en évidence et d&#8217;analyser les changements dans la gestion du travail observés dans les activités des travailleurs d&#8217;une organisation publique fédérale pendant la pandémie de COVID-19. La perspective ergologique a été utilisée pour mieux comprendre les situations décrites par les travailleurs, en mettant l&#8217;accent à la fois sur les renormatisations et sur leurs effets sur les Entités Collectives Relativement Pertinentes (ECRP). La méthodologie adoptée s&#8217;est basée sur des entretiens individuels inspirés de l&#8217;histoire orale comme genre discursif, centrés sur les travailleurs partageant leurs expériences de travail. Les résultats ont montré une microgestion dans la renormatisation des protocoles basés sur d'autres usages appliqués aux prescriptions pour étendre les services fournis pendant le télétravail, ce qui a nécessité la formation de nouveaux ECRP.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The aims of the present study are to highlight and analyze changes in work management observed in activities by workers of a federal public agency over the COVID-19 pandemic. The ergological perspective was used to better understand the situations described by workers, with an emphasis on both restandardizations and their effects on Relatively Pertinent Collective Entities (RPCE). The adopted methodology was based on individual interviews inspired by oral history as a discourse genre, focused on getting workers to share their work experiences. Results have shown micromanagement in restandardizing protocols based on other uses applied to prescriptions. It was done to broaden the services provided throughout telework, which required the formation of new RPCEs.]]></p></abstract>
