Esto genera la necesidad de crear modelos y estándares de acuerdo a su tamaño y características. Además, este tipo de empresas enfrentan problemas como falta de conocimiento, de personal capacitado y de experiencia en la implementación de modelos y normas de calidad, aun cuando ya existen normas ajustadas a su tamaño como lo es la norma ISO/IEC 29110. Este articulo propone una herramienta que apoye a las Mipymes a evaluar los procesos y el proyecto con base a la norma ISO/IEC 29110 para presentarse en una futura certificación. Para ello, la herramienta fue implementada en una Mipyme de desarrollo de software previo a iniciar un proceso de certificación en esta norma. Después de la implementación de esta herramienta, la Mipyme obtuvo la certificación en la norma ISO/IEC 29110 de una manera mas controlada y guiada, ya que le permitió solucionar las observaciones con antelación antes de presentarse a un proceso de certificación.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract Very Small Entities (VSE) are very important in the software product and service development sector. Therefore, it is necessary to implement models and/or standards according to their size and features. Moreover, this kind of enterprises face problems such as lack of knowledge, trained personnel and experience in the implementation of this type of norms even when there are already standards adjusted to their size such as ISO/IEC 29110. This article proposes a tool that supports VSEs to assets the processes and the project based on the ISO/IEC 29110 standard to be presented in a future certification. For this, the tool was implemented in a Software development VSE prior to starting a certification process in this standard. After the implementation of this tool, the VSE obtained the certification in the ISO/IEC 29110 standard in a more controlled and guided way, since it allowed it to solve the observations in advance before starting a certification process.]]></p></abstract>
