Comprovado o impacto da inteligência emocional no aprimoramento de competências que melhoram a dinâmica interpessoal, torna-se emergente, numa profissão de relação, que sejam identificadas as estratégias facilitadoras da inteligência emocional dos enfermeiros.  Objetivo:  Identificar estratégias promotoras da inteligência emocional dos enfermeiros.  Métodos:  Revisão integrativa da literatura. Pesquisa através da ferramenta de pesquisa bibliográfica on-line EBSCOhost® considerando todas as suas bases de dados, e através da plataforma de pesquisa B-ON®, realizada em Novembro de 2019. Aplicado um conjunto de descritores em inglês: Strategies; Techniques; Emotional Intelligence; Nursing; Nurses; e em Português: Estratégias; Técnicas; Inteligência Emocional; Enfermagem; Enfermeiros ou Enfermeiras, validados no Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) e nos Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS). Obteve-se uma amostra final de 4 artigos, publicados entre 2014 e 2019.  Resultados:  Foram identificadas diversas estratégias promotoras do desenvolvimento de competências pessoais e sociais tais como: a aprendizagem reflexiva; as atividades reflexivas em grupo; as atividades experienciais; o aprofundamento de competências de inteligência emocional.  Conclusões:  A utilização das estratégias identificadas promove a inteligência emocional, no entanto este processo não é estanque requerendo o treino e análise constante da prática do enfermeiro e melhorando o seu comportamento através do aperfeiçoamento das suas competências pessoais e sociais.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Background:  Interpersonal relationships have influence in the quality of the nursing care, being the nurse one of the leading figures within this relationship. Proven the impact of emotional intelligence in the enhancement of skills that improve the interpersonal dynamics, it becomes emergent, in a relations based profession, to identify the strategies that facilitate the emotional intelligence in nurses.  Aim:  To identify strategies that promote the emotional intelligence in nurses.  Methods:  Integrative literature review. Research on international data bases integrated into EBSCOhost® and B-ON® online platforms, carried out in November 2019. It was applied a set of descriptors in english: Strategies; Techniques; Emotional Intelligence; Nursing; Nurses, validated in Medical Subjet Heading (Mesh) and Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCs). Four articles were published between 2014 and 2019.  Results:  Identification of multiple promoting strategies for the development of personal and social skills, such as: reflective learning, reflective group activities, experiential activities, deepening of emotional intelligence competence.  Conclusions:  The use of the identified strategies promotes the emotional intelligence. However, this process is not hermetic, it requires training and constant analysis of the nurse&#8217;s practice, as well as, improving behaviors through the enhancement of personal and social skills.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen  Contexto:  Las relaciones interpersonales tienen repercusión en la calidad de los cuidados de enfermería en qué o enfermero es uno de los principales de esta relación. Comprobado el impacto de la inteligencia emocional en la mejoría de competencias qué favorecen la dinámica interpersonal, es emergente y muy importante qué las estrategias de inteligencia emocional de los enfermeros sean identificadas, porqué es una profesión de relación.  Objetivo:  Identificar las estrategias para promover la inteligencia emocional de los enfermeros.  Metodología:  Revisión de literatura hecha en noviembre de 2019 con la herramienta de búsqueda bibliográfica em línea EBSCOhost® considerando todas sus bases de datos, y mediante la plataforma de búsqueda B-ON®. Se ha aplicado un conjunto de descriptores en inglés: Strategies; Techniques; Emotional Intelligence; Nursing; Nurses, validados en Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) y en Descritores em Ciências da Saúde (DeCS). La amuestra final fue de 4 artículos publicados entre 2014 y 2019.  Resultados:  Han sido identificadas diferentes estrategias para promover el desarrollo de las competencias personales y sociales, como se sigue: el aprendizaje reflexivo; las actividades reflexivas en grupo; las actividades experimentales y la profundización de las competencias de inteligencia emocional.  Conclusiones:  La utilización de las estrategias que han sido identificadas fomenta la inteligencia emocional, pero no se puede cerrar este proceso. Es necesario entrenamiento y análisis constante de la práctica de los enfermeros, mejorando así su comportamiento mediante la mejoría de sus competencias personales y sociales.]]></p></abstract>
