Objetivo:  Mapear a evidência científica existente sobre o impacto do teletrabalho na saúde mental dos trabalhadores em contexto pandémico (COVID-19), independentemente da sua área profissional.  Metodologia:  Procedeu-se a uma scoping review, de acordo com as recomendações do Joanna Briggs Institute, durante o mês de Fevereiro de 2021 nas bases de dados eletrónicas: EBSCO (CINAHL Complete, MEDLINE Complete, Nursing &amp; Allied Health Collection: Comprehensive, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Cochrane Methodology Register, Library, Information Science &amp; Technology Abstracts, MedicLatina); SCOPUS; PubMed (MEDLINE); SCIELO; Google Académico.  Resultados: Com base nos critérios de inclusão, dos 132 artigos encontrados na pesquisa foram considerados 11 para análise. Foram contextualizadas as configurações contemporâneas do teletrabalho com a identificação de 4 temáticas relevantes: produtividade, motivação e satisfação profissional, conflito entre o trabalho e a vida pessoal/familiar, isolamento social e profissional e suporte organizacional.  Conclusão:  Foi possível compreender como o conceito de teletrabalho e a forma como os seus efeitos na saúde mental se entrelaçam com o contexto de crise sanitária em que estamos a viver. Os resultados desta revisão permitem assumir que o atual contexto pandémico trouxe uma visão do teletrabalho menos focada nas vantagens e mais direcionada para as adversidades.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Background:  Since the beginning of 2020, teleworking has been very and abruptly requested, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a scenario that has changed not only the way we live, but also how we work.  Objective:  To Map the scientific evidence on the impact of teleworking on workers' mental health in a pandemic scenario (COVID-19), regardless of the professional field.  Methodology:  A scoping review was carried out, according to the Joanna Briggs Institute recommendations, during february 2021, in the electronic databases: EBSCO (CINAHL Complete, MEDLINE Complete, Nursing &amp; Allied Health Collection: Comprehensive, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Cochrane Methodology Register, Library, Information Science &amp; Technology Abstracts, MedicLatina); SCOPUS; PubMed (MEDLINE); SCIELO; Google Académico.  Results:  Based on the inclusion criteria, of the 132 articles found in the research, 11 were considered for analysis. The contemporary configurations of telework were contextualized and four significant themes were identified: productivity, motivation and professional satisfaction, conflict between work and personal/family life, social and professional isolation and organisational support.  Conclusion:  It was possible to acknowledge the way the concept of telework and its effects on mental health connect with this health crisis context in which we are living. The results of this review allow us to assume that the current scenario brought a vision of telework less focused on the advantages and more directed to adversities.]]></p></abstract>

Objetivo:  Mapear la evidencia científica existente sobre el impacto del teletrabajo en la salud mental de los trabajadores en contexto pandémico (COVID-19), independientemente del área profesional.  Metodología:  Procede a una scope review, de acuerdo con las recomendaciones del Instituto Joanna Briggs, durante el mes de febrero de 2021 en bases de datos electrónicas: EBSCO (CINAHL Complete, MEDLINE Complete, Nursing &amp; Allied Health Collection: Comprehensive, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews, Cochrane Methodology Register, Library, Information Science &amp; Technology Abstracts, MedicLatina); SCOPUS; PubMed (MEDLINE); SCIELO; Google Académico.  Resultados:  Basándose en los criterios de inclusión, se consideraron para el análisis 11 de los 132 artículos encontrados en la encuesta. Las configuraciones contemporáneas del teletrabajo se contextualizaron mediante la identificación de cuatro temas relevantes: productividad, motivación y satisfacción profesional, conflicto entre trabajo y vida personal/familiar, aislamiento social y profesional y apoyo organizativo.  Conclusión:  Fue posible comprender cómo el concepto de teletrabajo y la forma en que sus efectos sobre la salud mental se entrelazan con el contexto de crisis sanitaria en el que vivimos. Los resultados de esta revisión permiten suponer que el actual contexto pandémico ha traído una visión del teletrabajo menos centrada en las ventajas y más en las adversidades.]]></p></abstract>
