Neste contexto, a educação online dos alunos tem sido explorada enquanto modalidade emer-gencial. O presente trabalho objetiva constatar as condições de acesso às TIC por parte dos alunos do Ensino Superior, em Angola. A metodologia inscreve-se num plano não experimental. Foram adotadas, para a recolha de dados, as seguintes técnicas: análise de documentos, obser-vação indireta e inquérito por questionário. Definiu-se a seguinte questão de investigação: quais as condições ao nível das TIC dos alunos angolanos para o acesso à educação online em tempo de pandemia? Constatou-se que a maior parte dos alunos tem acesso a recursos tecnológicos conetados à internet - com largura de banda reduzida -, designadamente computador, smartphone e tablet. Os resultados ainda mostram que existe um número considerável de alunos que não possui equipamento ligado à internet.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The world is having a unique experience, never seen before, in the face of the COVID-19 pan-demic. In this context, online education, as an emergency modality, has been explored. The present work aims to verify the ICT conditions by the students of Higher Education, in Angola. The methodology of this investigation is a non-experimental plan. For data collection, the fol-lowing techniques were adopted: document analysis, indirect observation and questionnaire survey. The research question was defined: what are the ICT conditions of students for access to online education in a time of pandemic? It was found that most students have available technological resources connected to the internet - with reduced bandwidth -, namely com-puter, smartphone and tablet. The results also show that there is a considerable number of students who do not have ICT equipment connected to the internet.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El mundo está viviendo una experiencia única, nunca antes vista, frente a la pandemia de CO-VID-19. En este sentido, la educación en línea, en modo emergencial, de los estudiantes se ha explorado más. El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo verificar las condiciones en TIC de los estudiantes de Educación Superior, en Angola. La metodología de esta investigación es un plan no experimental. Para la recolección de datos se adoptaron las siguientes técnicas: analysis de documentos, observación indirecta y encuesta por cuestionario. Se definió la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿Cuáles son las condiciones em términos de TIC de los estudiantes para acce-der a la educación en línea en un momento de pandemia? Con este estudio, se encontró que la mayoría de los estudiantes tienen recursos tecnológicos disponibles conectados a Internet - con ancho de banda reducido -, a saber, computadora, teléfono inteligente y tableta. Los resultados también muestran que hay un número considerable de estudiantes que no tienen equipos TIC conectados a Internet.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Le monde vit une expérience unique, jamais vue auparavant, face à la pandémie du COVID-19. Dans ce contexte, l'éducation en ligne des étudiants, em format emergentiel, a été davantage explorée. Le présent travail vise à vérifier les conditions TIC des étudiants de l'enseignement supérieur, en Angola. La méthodologie s'inscrit dans un plan non expérimental. Pour la collecte de données, les techniques suivantes ont été adoptées: analyse de documents, observation indirecte et enquête par questionnaire. La question de recherche suivante a été définie: quelles sont les conditions TIC des étudiants pour accéder à l'éducation en ligne en période de pandé-mie? Avec cette étude, il a été constaté que la plupart des étudiants disposent de ressources technologiques connectées à Internet - avec un haut débit réduit -, à savoir un ordinateur, un smartphone et une tablette. Les résultats montrent également qu'il existe un nombre con-sidérable d'étudiants qui ne disposent pas d'équipements TIC connectés à Internet.]]></p></abstract>
