No âmbito deste projeto, foram inventariadas as principais espécies vegetais existentes e procedeu-se à sua identificação e caracterização. O processo de caracterização teve a participação direta de estudantes que, no âmbito da unidade curricular de &#8220;Mundo Vivo&#8221; da Licenciatura em Educação Básica, fizeram a pesquisa da informação necessária à caracterização das espécies identificadas, informação essa que foi depois organizada num website. Foram também criadas e colocadas placas identificativas junto dos exemplares caracterizados. Essas placas contêm um código QR que permite, através de smartphones e outros dispositivos móveis, o acesso rápido a toda a informação disponível no website. No final, os estudantes responderam a um questionário, em que manifestaram a sua opinião sobre o trabalho realizado e sobre o projeto Plant@ESELx. Os resultados revelam que os estudantes consideraram a sua participação como um importante momento formativo e destacam, para além da valorização dos espaços exteriores, o contributo do projeto para um aumento do respeito pela biodiversidade na comunidade académica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The Plant@ESELx Project is an intervention project in the exterior areas of the Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa (ESELx), which aims to enhance the institution's plant heritage and, at the same time, raise the awareness of the academic community to the importance of its preservation and for the didactic-pedagogical potential that it can have. Thus, the main plant species were inventoried, identified and characterized. The characterization process had the direct participation of students who, in the scope of the &#8220;Mundo Vivo&#8221; curricular unit of the Degree in Basic Education, searched for the information necessary to characterize the identified species. The information was later organized on a website. Identification plates were also created and placed next to the featured specimens. These plates contain a QR code that allows, through smartphones and other mobile devices, quick access to all the information available on the website. At the end, the students answered a questionnaire, in which they expressed their opinion about the work carried out and about the Plant@ESELx project. The results reveal that the students considered their participation as an important formative moment and they highlighted, in addition to valuing outdoor spaces, the project's contribution to increasing respect for biodiversity in the academic community.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen El proyecto Plant@ESELx es un proyecto de intervención en los espacios exteriores de la Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa (ESELx), que tiene como objetivo valorar el patrimonio vegetal de la institución y, al mismo tiempo, concienciar a la comunidad académica sobre la importancia de su preservación y el potencial didáctico-pedagógico que puede presentar. Así, se inventariaron las principales especies vegetales existentes y se procedió a su identificación y caracterización. El proceso de caracterización contó con la participación directa de estudiantes que, en la unidad curricular &#8220;Mundo Vivo&#8221; de la Licenciatura en Educación Básica, buscaron la información necesaria para caracterizar las especies identificadas, información que posteriormente fue organizada en un sitio web. También se crearon placas de identificación que se colocaron junto a los especímenes caracterizados. Estas placas contienen un código QR que permite, a través de teléfonos inteligentes y otros dispositivos móviles, acceder rápidamente a toda la información disponible en el sitio web. Al finalizar, los alumnos respondieron a un cuestionario, en el cual expresaron su opinión sobre el trabajo y sobre el proyecto Plant@ESELx. Los resultados revelan que los estudiantes consideraron su participación como un importante momento formativo y destacaron, además de valorar de los espacios al aire libre, la contribución del proyecto a incrementar el respeto por la biodiversidad en la comunidad académica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Le projet Plant@ESELx est un projet d'intervention dans les espaces extérieurs de l'Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa (ESELx), qui vise à valoriser le patrimoine végétal de l'institution et, en même temps, à sensibiliser la communauté à l'importance de sa préservation et pour le potentiel didactique et pédagogique qu'il peut présenter. Ainsi, les principales espèces végétales existantes ont été inventoriées et leur identification et caractérisation ont été poursuivies. Le processus de caractérisation a eu la participation directe d'étudiants qui, dans le cadre de l'unité d'enseignement « Mundo Vivo » du Diplôme en Éducation Basique, ont recherché les informations nécessaires pour caractériser les espèces identifiées, lesquelles informations ont ensuite été organisées sur un site Web. Des plaques d'identification ont également été créées et placées à côté des spécimens caractérisés. Ces plaques contiennent un QR code qui permet, via les smartphones et autres appareils mobiles, un accès rapide à toutes les informations disponibles sur le site. A la fin, les étudiants ont répondu à un questionnaire, dans lequel ils ont exprimé leur avis sur les travaux réalisés et sur le projet Plant@ESELx.
