O pano de fundo para essa discussão traça-se com apoio das referências teóricas sobre profissões, a par dos estudos sobre mediadores artísticos e culturais. A análise centra-se no processo formativo desenvolvido no âmbito da licenciatura em MAC da ESELx-IPL, concretamente na Unidade Curricular Profissionalidade e MAC, metodologicamente organizada em dois planos. Num primeiro, faz-se a apresentação das intencionalidades curriculares da UC, no quadro dos objetivos formativos do curso. Num segundo plano, analisa-se exploratoriamente os trabalhos de pesquisa realizados pelos estudantes, relativos a 4 anos letivos (entre 2018/19 e 2021/22). A análise desenvolvida permite conhecer as questões e problemáticas de pesquisa escolhidas pelos estudantes, a par do alargamento do conhecimento sobre os perfis e as práticas profissionais em MAC, assim como os contextos profissionais. A análise exploratória realizada permitiu uma aproximação às questões relacionadas com o reconhecimento e afirmação da MAC e dos (seus) profissionais, em diversas dimensões, concluindo-se sobre a relevância de ser continuada a prática investigativa neste âmbito, designadamente na formação destes profissionais.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract This text seeks to contribute to the discussion around the professionalization and professionality of Artistic and Cultural Mediation (ACM) agents. The background for this discussion is based on theoretical references about professions, along with studies on artistic and cultural mediators. The analysis focuses on the training process developed within the scope of the degree in MAC at the ESELx-IPL, specifically in the Curricular Unit, Professionality and MAC, methodologically organized in two levels. In the first one, the curricular intentions of the UC are presented, within the framework of the course's training objectives. In the background, the research work carried out by the students, related to 4 academic years (between 2018/19 and 2021/22), is analyzed exploratoryly. The developed analysis allows knowing the questions and research problems chosen by the students, along with the broadening of knowledge about the profiles and professional practices in ACM, as well as the professional contexts. The exploratory analysis carried out allowed an approximation to issues related to the recognition and affirmation of ACM and (its) professionals, in different dimensions, concluding on the relevance of continuing the investigative practice in this scope, namely in the training of these professionals.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[Resumen Este texto busca contribuir a la discusión en torno a la profesionalización de los agentes de mediación artística y cultural (MAC). Los antecedentes de esta discusión se dibujan con el apoyo de referencias teóricas sobre las profesiones, junto con estudios sobre mediadores artísticos y culturales. El análisis se centra en el proceso de formación desarrollado en el ámbito de la carrera de MAC en la ESELx-IPL, específicamente en la Unidad Curricular, Profesionalidad y MAC, organizado metodológicamente en dos planos. En el primero se presentan las intenciones curriculares de la UC, en el marco de los objetivos formativos de la carrera. En segundo plano, se analiza de forma exploratoria el trabajo de investigación realizado por los alumnos, relacionado con 4 cursos académicos (entre 2018/19 y 2021/22). El análisis desarrollado permite conocer las preguntas y problemas de investigación elegidos por los estudiantes, junto con la ampliación de conocimientos sobre los perfiles y prácticas profesionales en CAM, así como los contextos profesionales. <abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="fr"><p><![CDATA[Résumé Ce texte entend contribuer à la réflexion autour de la professionnalisation et du professionnalisme des agents de médiation artistique et culturelle (MAC). L'arrière-plan de cette discussion est dessiné à l'appui de références théoriques sur les métiers, ainsi que d'études sur les médiateurs artistiques et culturels. L'analyse se concentre sur le processus de formation développé dans le cadre du diplôme en MAC à l'ESELx-IPL, en particulier dans l'unité curriculaire, professionnalité et MAC, organisée méthodologiquement en deux plans. Dans la première, les intentions curriculaires de l'UC sont présentées, dans le cadre des objectifs de formation du cursus. En toile de fond, les travaux de recherche menés par les étudiants, portant sur 4 années académiques (entre 2018/19 et 2021/22), sont analysés de manière exploratoire. L'analyse développée permet de connaître les questions et problématiques de recherche choisies par les étudiants, ainsi que d'approfondir les connaissances sur les profils et les pratiques professionnelles en CAM, ainsi que sur les contextes professionnels. L'analyse exploratoire réalisée a permis un rapprochement des enjeux liés à la reconnaissance et à l'affirmation du MAC et de (ses) professionnels, dans différentes dimensions, concluant sur la pertinence de poursuivre la pratique d'investigation dans ce cadre, notamment dans la formation de ces professionnels.]]></p></abstract>
